Everything as described, delivery quick! Would use again - especially comparing with other suppliers that I made orders from. A week later, I'm still waiting for their deliveries, Gallant was the fastest to respond

Can't tell the difference between a thumb and an elbow
Ordered a thumb brace from this company, but received an elbow brace for tennis elbow. Reported the matter to them and sent photos, they messaged back that the correct item was being sent and it was down to human error. The replacement arrived and again it was the wrong item, another elbow brace. Reported it again and they replied with exactly the same email message as before about sending another replacement. My reply to this was 'Please cancel the order and give a full refund - I don't want a third wrong item'. Heard nothing more so opened a case with Paypal. Not too sure what kind of people run this company, but they can't tell the difference between a thumb and an elbow, not very good with email replies either, seem to have a very limited ready prepared email messages. A company no to be trusted a all

Wrong items sent out …
The order was delivered in reasonable time but the wrong items have been sent. I sent a picture of the wrong items immediately and was then asked for a clear image of the items which I sent again. I have had no further response since. I am not happy with the service so far.

Ordered some dumbbell weights for the house as an alternative for when I can’t get to the gym.
They were well packaged, arrived in good time (especially considering I ordered at a poor time over a bank holiday weekend), and are exactly as expected. Used them and now my arms hurt.
