You purchased on a Friday at 10:39AM. Our cut off time on our website is 9am.
The product therefore left our warehouse on Monday morning and was delivered next day on Tuesday as promised.
Couriers do not collect on Saturday or Sunday.

Poor quality speedball
I recently purchased a speedball and it came in shocking quality, when i reported it to them via ebay they offered a 10% refund and a free skipping rope and drawstring bag, total value around £20 i asked if i could have a dumbell set which i planned on purchasing from them anyway which was around £20 they said they would check then said no, i asked for a full refund and left a truthful review, they then asked me to take of the review and behind the scenes reported me to ebay basically saying i was trying to extort them 😫 i wouldnt normally go this far going onto a different site to leave a review but they have handled it in very unproffesional way, even the box it came in wasnt in a condition to repackage it so i offered to delete the pictures and review and just refund me as the speedball isnt even usable anyway. Yet they carried on with trying to do everything they can to get the review taken of using the fact i asked for a different free item from them 🙈

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We would like to respond in full to ensure there is a clear and accurate understanding of what has taken place.
Following your purchase via eBay, you contacted us regarding minor surface rust present on some of the bolts included with the speedball. While we acknowledge this should not ideally occur, we assessed that this was a cosmetic issue and did not affect the usability or function of the product in any way.
Despite this, we took your concern seriously and offered multiple resolutions in good faith. These included a partial refund along with complimentary items as a gesture of goodwill, or alternatively, a full refund upon return of the item in line with standard eBay policy and consumer rights.
During the course of our communication, you declined these options and instead requested to receive a different product (a dumbbell set of similar value) while also retaining the original item. Unfortunately, this request falls outside of acceptable resolution practices. We cannot provide additional or alternative products free of charge while the original item is kept, as this would not be fair or in line with marketplace policies.
We would also like to clarify that at no point did we refuse to resolve the issue. On the contrary, we repeatedly offered a full refund upon return, which remains the correct and standard process when a customer is not satisfied with their purchase.
Additionally, the claim that the item is “unusable” is not accurate based on the nature of the issue described. Minor surface rust on bolts does not prevent the product from being assembled or used as intended.
As the discussion progressed and the requested resolution continued to fall outside normal procedures, the matter was referred to eBay for review. eBay independently assessed the situation and took action in accordance with their policies.
We are always committed to resolving issues in a fair, reasonable, and professional manner. Our offer still stands — if you wish to return the item, we will issue a full refund promptly upon receipt.
