You took care of my mother, and got the ambulance there even though I was still asleep. Fantastic work.

I am generally happy with my galaxy device, but have a couple of things which concern me. I have had several false alarm "fall detected", but on the one occasion when I did have a fall (had to go to hospital Emergency - fractured humerus) the system did not detect the fall. Secondly, after charging, the "battery full" statement often has a very low volume (almost impossible to hear) and I worry that this low volume would prevent contact in an emergency call. I reported these in an E-mail a while ago, but got no rspomse from the Galaxy office. My suggestion was that I be provided with anew unit, and return the present one for servicing - but no response!

My annual subscription was renewed smoothly. One less thing for me to worry about.

Please delete the review by Linda posted August 29. Her full name is given and the review consists of her statement that she doesn’t want her name revealed. This is a problem TrustPiloy should have fixed but since Galaxy is working with vulnerable people, it should provide backup for them. Clearly the review technology has failed this client.
I have not personally used the service but can’t find another way to flag this issue.

I had a problem with my watch. It wouldn't charge. Could not get anyone to return my calls after I left a message. Chris came thru and sent me a new charger immediately. I had no working watch from Friday till Tuesday morning.

Great local customer service. Quick responses to alarms. Good price. Simply and easy to use.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff when we returned the monitor

We have had Galaxy for several years now and would highly recommend it, especially if your love one drives or goes for walks. The system provides immediate feedback on their location. Fortunately we only had a few alarm triggers but the response times are quick. Best system for our peace of mind.

My experience was great, I had nothing to complain about

24/7 help plus GPS. The staff are friendly and helpful, what more can I say. Oh yes, good value for money!

a real person answers the phone and answers questions/resolves issues

There have been times when my monitor has gone off in error as I had not realized something had knocked it. I have always had a quick response from Galaxy and have never been made to feel bad that this has happened. If there had been a reason to phone the call was answered by a person.

The product was delivered as ordered and was easy to set up. We had to be transferred to the office for the initial "new customer" contact. Apart from that all went well.

Ordered an At Home system with a base station for my Mum. Response to questions before purchase were answered swiftly and effectively. Ordering was easy online, system arrived within days. Problem, for my Mum's purposes, was pendant only communicates one way. You need to be at the base station to hear the call centre response and even next to the base the sound was loud and very distorted. Phoned Galaxy to ask for a trade to 2 way pendant with gps and fall detection. No problem, bill adjusted, sent base station back, got new pendant in 2 days. Mum happy. Only reason 4 stars not 5 is need for clearer understanding of base station limitation in description and some confusing and incorrect instructions in the first time setup - what battery does the pendant use, etc. But company responses were very good.

I had never had a reason to call for the service as yet,however I realize tis a good thing to have just in case I have an emergency I only used it once to check how it work .life saver .

I have found the Galaxy life line to be reliable. It has only been a bit annoying when Galaxy calls me when there is a power outage and I can't do anything about it.
