I signed up with Gala in March 2026 on a three-month subscription plan and received my first vial promptly. Unfortunately, the experience went downhill almost immediately.
The first red flag was receiving communications directing me to a BioReference lab with little to no explanation. I spent my own time researching the messages, figuring out what they were about, and scheduling bloodwork at a participating location (there aren't any BioReference sites conveniently located in my area), only to later be told that the bloodwork was no longer needed.
Shortly afterward, I began receiving text messages from an unknown sender offering additional medications. After some investigation, I learned this was Photon Health, a company Gala works with. However, I had to contact Gala to confirm the messages weren't a scam. It would have been much more professional to simply notify customers in advance that a third-party pharmacy partner would be contacting them.
When I received my first vial, I informed Gala that I needed to delay starting treatment by a few weeks because I was recovering from a severe cold. They assured me that my next shipment could be postponed accordingly.
Then the real problems began.
I started receiving a barrage of emails and text messages telling me to complete a questionnaire before my refill could be processed. However, the questionnaire was nowhere to be found in the app or on the website. When I logged in and clicked "Refill," the system incorrectly showed that the questionnaire had already been completed.
I contacted Gala repeatedly. Sometimes I received a polite response; other times I received no response at all. Weeks passed with no resolution and no shipment.
Then Gala charged me another $597.
At this point, I have been charged a total of $1,194, have received only a single vial shipped in March, and it is now mid-June. I've sent numerous emails and chat messages. Each time, I'm told the issue is being "escalated," but nothing actually happens.
The lack of communication, poor coordination between vendors, billing issues, and inability to resolve a straightforward refill problem have made this one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I've ever had.
I cannot recommend this company. Avoid.

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience than what I got with Gala. It was a quick and easy process to get started and they always respond to my messages very quickly.

If you're thinking about this program, the fast delivery is a huge plus. I've seen real results and it feels like great value for what I'm getting.

Unfortunately I looked at the negative reviews too late and had already submitted payment information. I have been going back and forth with only AI responses to my emails and repetitive, unhelpful text replies. The link they send to submit cancellation requests is a dead end. Asks for your email to send you a link to log in to the portal but the link never comes. When I requested to speak to a live representative I was sent a phone number that was out of service. I have now cancelled my credit card as it is 100% clear to me that this company is fraudulent.

They make it impossible to cancel your subscription.
You have to email them. Then they send you a link to fill out why you want to cancel, then they send you a message saying a doctor will review your case and get back to you but no one gets back to you.
I sent them 5 messages over a one month period!

I love everything about Gala. The speed at which they deliver medicine the ease of refilling the prescription. The app is great for tracking nutrition as well as any symptoms or shots. It has been as smooth as can be using Gala. Plus the price seems right compared to other companies!

Made info understandable

Had problems with shipping. Arrived a week late. Then next month requested early shipment due to being on vacation, they said no problem when you’re close to vacation let us know. So week and a half before vacation notified them for early shipment and absolutely not will they ship early. How are you supposed to go anywhere making sure you have meds while you’re there. Absolutely ridiculous! Canceled and went with another company who made sure I had my meds for my vacation.

It is impossible to cancel! Do not sign up. They do not have a button to click to cancel. You have to message their team, fill out a link and then wait. I did that 1 month ago and never heard back. I have reached out numerous times and even called their customer service number with no help. They need an easy cancel button under the subscription tab on their app.

Easy to access

Very good service however if you want to cancel they make it very hard. I sent several texts and emails - they sent a link to cancel that still hasn’t worked. So I receive at least a text, an email and a call daily asking for a new credit card when I want to cancel. And they keep tying to charge my card $597 each day. OVERKILL and just cancel when I ask you to.

DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!!! They are just a bunch of AI robots. I was told I had more information to fill out before anything could be ordered but nothing all communication was an automated response. It took email after email to get a link to work and I’m not sure I will even get a refund. Nothing was shipped and yet they charged me$597! Nothing was even ordered!!!! It was just a robot sending me the same links that didn’t work! Don’t order from them.

Difficult to communicate with Gala. I have been trying for over 10 days to find out why my (paid) order that was supposed to ship May 28th hasn’t shipped. I’m repeatedly told that “they are looking into it”. Not acceptable!

Easy to use and log info apart from the continuous pop ups asking for a review. I’m hoping once I submit this review I won’t get them any more!
