This morning, I got a message from my provider checking in on me. It's nice to feel like I’m getting personalized care and real support throughout the process.

Perfect and easy

So far so good. Great communication with following up. I get emails and texts. They had me do blood work at no cost. Also, before each shipment they have a questionnaire to fill out. Plus automatically prescribed me anti nausea meds without having to ask. This is better than ALT-RX by far (to me they are horrible) and Trim-Rx which is owned by ALT-RX. Stay away from them and stick with Gala. You won’t regret it.

I lost 5 pounds; I would have liked to lose more, but I hope for better results next month.

This is a fraudulent company. They will withhold your money and deny your refund when their providers give you the run-around never prescribing medication. Because the providers fail to completely deny you, and constantly request documents you’ve already provided, they claim that your refund cannot be processed since you’re, “not in the system as denied.”

Their communication is also absolutely heinous. They can’t keep track of a single thing, continuously asking multiple reoccurring questions that you’ve already answered. Do yourself a favor and avoid this scam company. I’ll be disputing charges through my credit card company.

charge you a boatload and when you need to change or cancel within minutes they don’t allow you to do so

The app was very informative and straight to the point. I don’t want a bunch of chitchat. I just really want to lose some weight and get healthy. And they made it very easy to get to that point.

I don't know where all the great service comes from because it didn't happen for me. After I paid, I received a message to look on my app and there would be instructions regarding labs. I looked and nothing. I waited until the next day and messaged them through the app. I didn't see an answer so I emailed through their website.
Then I saw that I was messaged back...but no instructions, just a message saying that they asked the "team" to clarify what lab they needed.
Still no information, 5 days later. I started getting frustrated and credit to the Customer Service on the message portion of the app.
So messaged again, she/he escalated the situation and still no answer. So after a full week, I asked for a refund. It's not just how long this was all taking. I looked at Dr. appointment consults and those were a week out too. My Sister had used it and got appointments same or next day.
My biggest concern is what if I have a reaction or a serious medical issue. I can't get ahold of someone. Maybe it would be different if it was medically related but I am not taking the chance.
The agent was able to cancel my membership that was set to renew in September but could only put in a request for a refund. 24 hours later, the screen says to "upload lab results"...what lab results? I have a feeling I am going to have to contest the charges with my credit card company.

Gala is TOTAL CRAP. Fake "providers" who charge you $300/month. LOL. I can do that with peptides for $80/month. GALA'S A JOKE!!!! AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️

Very convenient, very simple to use compared to other apps I tried

So far so good. I have had my first shots after losing my insurance coverage. It works the same or dare I say better than the Zepbound I was taking. I was initially skeptical. Hopefully my experiences continue to be good.
