Gorgeous, quality products. I have the nursing chair and the changing table drawer set. The nursing chair is beautiful and a great size. It fits both my nursing baby on my lap and her older sister next to me for storytime. It looks great in her nursery but I would happily have it in any room in the house so know it will last for many years to come. The drawers are a lovely curvy design and look fab with the rest of my nursery furniture. The delivery was quick and the customer service was great.

I ordered the Hera Dresser and couldn’t be happier. Great product. Great customer support. Cannot fault them.

After extensive market research, I decided to go with a Gaia cot, fantastic product, slight issue with the order initially, sorted immediately, fantastic experience from start to finish

Received a cot with many broken parts. After much delay, eventually received replacements. Many of the parts labelled incorrectly and didn’t correspond to the instructions. They said they’d refund £50 for the inconvenience (our baby didn’t have a proper place to sleep for 2-3 weeks), and still no sign of this compensation.

Extremely poor experience with Gaia baby. I ordered a wrong item by mistake. There was a huge delay in receiving the item, well beyond the promised delivery date and this happened after multiple contacts with the subsidiary / intermediary company (bndle.com). On receiving the two orders, the mistake was immediately identified and one item was not even opened while the second item was re-packed in the original package in exactly the same condition within 30 minutes of opening it. It was sent back in the next few days via EVRI. Gaia was suppose to pay me a full refund but despite waiting for a month and contacting the intermediary company (bndle.com) multiple times, eventually received a reply that Gaia refused refunding me as the returned item was not in a condition that they approve. They sent me some pictures of the two items which appeared to have minor scuffs and smudges on the cardboard boxes. They didn't show me the condition of the actual products which I am pretty sure is intact. Gaia didn't refund me a penny out of what was paid (£116 something) plus both sided delivery charges of around £25. The intermediary company (bndle.com) advised me to contact EVRI for the claim. I won't receive anything from EVRI either as I had not insured the products.

Contacted customer services to order a replacement mattress cover. The assistant was very helpful, and prompt with a reply. A complementary cover was sent, for which I was expecting to pay for. Excellent customer services, and very happy with purchase of the Setena Cot bed.

I purchased one of their Serena Cot beds last year (it was a group purchase for a friend). The whole purchasing experience was easy and the cot was amazing quality. Everything from start to finish was perfect and I can't recommend them enough.

Purchased the co-sleeper, drawers and crib. All fantastic quality and very pleased with the furniture. Staff were very responsive and helpful - would highly recommend these products from a well run family business.

Hera rocking chair review
I love my rocker chair, it was one of the only places I could sleep comfortably in for a few hours at a time in my late stages of pregnancy, and now it helps when I feed my newborn as I struggle with back pain, but this chair makes it easier

I have the full Serena set now for a couple of years. When turning it into the toddler bed we accidentally damaged one of the base panels. We contacted customer service who were absolutely excellent and very fast in replacing it for us. Big shout out to Phil from Clever Clogs too who was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Thanks for the great service Gaia!

I have the stretchy wrap in grey and the material is so lovely and soft, and really easy to tie.
It is stretchy yet sturdy and my baby loves to sleep in there, it’s the only place she will sleep in the day

This review had been amended based on a discussion with customer services.
Without going into too much detail we had an issue with this furniture. After some discussions with the customer service team a satisfactory outcome was agreed. Its a shame we could not in the end have the furniture we had planned but the company were fair in trying to fix it. Customer Service was good. The 3 stars are for my experience with the furniturerather than the service. My advice is read the website throughly. But please no not let this discourage anybody from using them.

Good products that look amazing. However, Overly expensive shipping on a bed rail (priced just under the £50 free delivery)…
I did have some issues with the rail but all resolved by a very helpful customer support

Great product and great customer service. Definitely recommend! I hoovered the while house and my baby fell asleep in the wrap whilst I was doing it
