Seriously Great Service
Seriously Great Service. Raj, Dave and Tony did several sessions to sort out a misunderstanding between me and a Gaggia Brera. They were friendly and patient - and would not rest until the problem (which was not their fault, or responsibility) was solved. The machine is now brewing fabulous coffee, many times per day.

This is just how customer service should and used to be. Excellent response, knowledgeable, courteous and free assistance from the Gaggia UK team. Highly recommend. We are on our 3rd machine from them and the high levels of service have not diminished.

Steam pouring out of side vents
With steam pouring out of the side vents, I thought my Gaggia Anima was for the tip. But after speaking to an engineer and Raj two solutions were offered up: manual descaling and fitting a new valve both which I did and the latter worked. Nothing was too much trouble for them.

Purchased Magenta Prestige and had pump issue within a week.. Have purchased electrical items in the past and does happen within 1st month normally but all I can say is Gaggia replaced the machine the following day and replacement is absolutely perfect in every way.

Had a problem with my Gaggia Anima which was under warranty. Quick email to the team got me on a zoom call. Fault diagnosed quickly, machine would need to be returned. A courier was sent to collect it, the repair completed and returned to me….all free of charge.
Absolutely perfect service. Will continue to recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a Gaggia machine.

Danny at Gaggia Customer Service is great. He takes the time to provide clear and practical advice, and follows up to make sure everything is resolved. I’ve contacted Gaggia a few times, and Danny has always made the experience straightforward and reassuring. Excellent service that really stands out.

Firstly we love our Gaggia Cordona machine, makes great espresso and is superior to other machines we have had.
However the most impressive thing is the customer service. We had a minor issue with our machine right at the end of a generous 3 year warranty. It was picked up, repaired and returned door to door with absolute no fuss.
This is old school customer service of the highest level, a great business to deal with.

I had a recurring issue with my classic machine brew-head getting blocked. I reached out to Danny on the service team and gave me detailed instructions as to how to do a deep descale and clear the machine.

Gaggia customer service is the best example of great customer service I have experienced. Nothing is too much trouble. You are dealing with people with knowledge and experience and are very friendly as well. Cannot be improved upon. The quality of the machine is excellent and matched by the back up and support of a great team.

I ordered a Gaggia Cardona Prestige yesterday about 1pm and I received it this afternoon about 1pm! The gentlemen in this company do not mess about and if you’re serious about your coffee and they sense that, they will go that extra mile to provide you with the best possible service they can. Everyone I spoke to Nick and one of their engineers … and corresponded with per email, Raj and Steven- helped me get one step closer to,realising the goal… the best bean to cup machine I have ever had.
I’d recently researched and poured over review after review … I settled for an EQ700 Siemens machine, by all accounts pretty amazing for what it had to offer - however the proof of the pudding was in the testing - and it fell flat on its face as it had one major flaw. It was too COLD! Id read about the Gaggia and I was impressed but I just thought it didn’t seem as worth it - was I wrong!
The minute I took it out the box I was impressed. It’s sleek, elegant, classic good looks - it’s profound simplicity with its complex sophistication and astounding quality of execution of every single drink it could provide at the gentlest touch of a button…. Was just perfection.
After a simple set up, I went straight into finding my favourite version of a flat white, cappuccino and latte machietto … everything could be altered - from coffee bean strength, to volumes of water and milk to its presentation in 3 different temperatures… every drink could be fashioned around any bean you pour into its aroma sealed tray at the top. The milk carafe was surprisingly easy to,set up, fit, remove, refill… it now has a special place in the fridge, ready for tomorrow.
I’d spoken to Nick about the temperature and my worry about would it be hot enough… not scalding silly hot, but comfortable hot. Could the drink keep me company long enough to enjoy - would I have to wolf it down as quickly as possible as I had done with the previous appliance. NO !!! This was perfect - even at the medium setting it was just right. Nick kept me right and explained how the machines were made and the history of the company and what they were about… the company is all about that passion. Providing quality for the discerning and enlightenment to the uninitiated. (Pretentious…. Moi?)
Seriously - There’s no doubt about it - this makes amazing coffees and it’s packaged so beautifully. I am delighted with this appliance and I am impressed with this company. I haven’t even tried the 1kg bag of quality Gaggia beans that came with it yet … but I have a feeling, there’s a bean subscription in the pipeline… I honestly thought I knew a little about coffee - now I’m looking forward to beginning my learning journey. What a machine. What a machine!
E 05 error resolved.
My machine came up with an E 05 error, which turns out to be a water circuit issue.
I sent an email and received a prompt reply with a video link to put the machine into a mode that allows diagnostics. The videos are useful but the diagnostic mode isn't intuitive. However after a quick zoom call it became clearer.
After following the video and the written instructions I was able to manually descale the machine.
All working again, great to have a machine that is repairable and not just landfill. Thanks to the team at Gaggia
