I’ve also just received an email asking me to provide additional information so they can verify my review as genuine. I’m not sure why this is necessary when I’ve already provided my order number, but here goes.

I sent my gadget to them, and it took almost three weeks before I received payment. I strongly suspect the payment was only processed because I posted this review, as it arrived suspiciously soon afterwards.

Communication throughout was dreadful. For weeks, they failed to respond to emails or phone calls, leaving me completely in the dark.

After what felt like my hundredth call, I insisted on speaking to someone at the company. The man I eventually spoke to told me he couldn’t transfer me because they don’t actually work for GadgetMill. Instead, they’re effectively employed as a barrier between customers and the company itself. If that’s true, it’s an appalling way to treat customers.

Very easy to sell my Apple Pencil. Funds arrived in my PayPal account without any issues at all. Highly recommend Gadget Mill.

Really good 👍 bought few stuff and didnt like it soo I returned . I ve got my money back and then bought the stuff again. But they didnt say anything and even put an extra cover in it just to say thank you . Really good and appreciate the service 👍

Recently purchased a Samsung A53 from the website. Really good and prompt service - delivery came on time and owner even dropped a message after sale to ensure the phone was working properly. Highly recommended!

An awful company that does not respond to orders. Twice I’ve place a sell order and it shows pending. Tried to email and call no response. Wouldn’t bother with this company.

AVOID - put the order in to sell an old iPod and have had no contact from the company, no response to any emails. Not worth bothering.

Avoid - order has been on hold for a while now, which goes against their own policy, which states you will hear from the team after 24 hours. Phoned twice and told someone will call me back, which never happened. No response to email sent.

Have put in an order with Gadget Mill twice for the orders to be put on hold. I have emailed them both times after the 24hr period specified has passed and no response has been received either time.

Extremely disappointed in this company!

You email them and get no reply
you call them and all you are told someone will call you back
AND THEY DO NOT !!!!!

Great job. Sold one gadget and bought another using the pay out so made upgrading easier

Easygoing. Sent in my old ipods wasn't sure which model it was and to my surprise they were honest about it and gave me more than the original quote. Had to leave a positive review given the circumstances will use again.

Exceptional. Been asked to provide a 5 star review post service and couldn't be happier to.

Sent in a bunch of various devices I had collecting dust including iPods, apple watches and a psp console.

Once received I got paid within a couple of days with no squabbles. Definitely an exceptional service.
