The ring I ordered is perfect, the delivery was quick and easy, and the selection online was extensive. I’ll def be a return customer.

The ring is beautiful, I love it only sorry I didn’t go a half size larger.

Ring looks great, delivery was faster than expected, the box it comes in is ... PINK ... And tacky. Shame I'll be finding a different box to present this to her with, she doesn't do pink.

This has been the greatest experience of my life!!!! I worked with my to be son in-law on this project. He will be asking for her hand in marriage, and I am more than excited to say he picked the best company in the world to get her ring from!! I worked through email with Connie and I work early..early mornings so when I would email her with a concerns I had, I would have an answer back from her as soon as an hour or two from me sending it like at 3:00am! The ring is far more beautiful than any picture could do it justice! The quality it beyond anything I ever expected. I will be adding another comment after my daughter gets her ring which will be in April on her birthday!! Thank you Connie for your committed promise of making this the best experience of my life!

Amazing service!

This was a terrible experience. No one got back to me after I placed my when I had specific questions. The ring came and then started to fade TWO days after giving it to my fiancé. The phone number listed on the website is a non working number. They do not respond when emailed nor using their chat feature. Don’t water your money on a company that couldn’t care less about the quality of their products. I’m extremely disappointed and regret my decision of buying a ring through FYM jewelry design.

My fiancé fell in love with the ring the second she saw it. It arrived in a timely manner and fit perfectly on her finger.

The ring is beautiful but it’s too small and thus company doesn’t prove to fix it without charging $200. I find that absurd because it’s not like I damaged it or it was more than 30 days. Now I have to find a place that can make the ring bigger and not cost so much . So much for a ring huh

The ring I ordered came in a protective sleeve, a beautiful bow display on the case, and I am overall very happy with my purchase. I will absolutely be purchasing a wedding band as well! Thank you for doing such an amazing job.
