Very pleased with my purchase and the company
I was very impressed by the choice of beds on the website and how easy it was to choose and order. The delivery costs and assembly of my new bed were very very reasonable and the delivery drivers who assembled the bed were very proficient. I received my bed in less than a week from ordering and I was kept well informed of the delivery process.
The bed is lovely, perfect for my bedroom, and it looks exactly like its picture on the website.
All in all a great purchase which I would recommend

Lovely chest of drawers
I ordered a beautiful chest of drawers and I am delighted with it. It arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately one of the drawer handles was broken and I emailed the company and they delivered a new handle within a couple of days. I was very impressed with the service I received.

Nice furniture- rubbish customer service.
Really disappointed in the customer service shown by furniture.co.uk. The bedside tables I ordered are lovely however they arrived without the handles or fixtures. I had to contact the company three times before anyone sent them out to me.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you love the bedside tables, but we’re truly sorry for the frustration caused by the missing handles and fixtures — and especially for the delay in getting them to you.
When you called, we advised that the handles had been posted, but these had been lost in the post. We immediately dispatched a replacement set and upgraded these for Saturday delivery, so these would be delivered to you the following day.
I hope that the handles have now been received, but if there is anything else that we can help with, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Great service and furniture at a very reasonable price. Gave a two hour slot (unlike alot of companies where you wait in all day) the day before arrival and arrived within that time. Would definitely recommend

Quality built furniture, but very disappointing finish of the worktop. We expected the worktop finish to be like the included chopping board, but instead it was raw and unfinished

Our breakfast bars are finished with lime wax, which is a very popular choice among our customers as it provides heat and stain resistance. However, the chopping board and worktop do go through different finishing processes, so we understand how the difference in appearance could be disappointing if you expected them to match.

Absolutely delighted with my bedroom furniture. Bought the Romance large drawers and bedside drawers in white with crystal handles. Beautiful furniture, so well made and exceeds all expectations. Delivery was quick and the delivery drivers were helpful and professional. Travelled all the way up to Yorkshire from Ross-on-Wye and they delivered at the time specified. Would definitely buy from this company again. Would definitely recommend. Thank you, I'm delighted.
