First purchase from furniture.co.uk and very happy with the quality and value of the small wine rack I bought. Process from ordering to delivery very efficient (even if the guy delivering it not exactly full of the joys of spring!).

The customer service was top tier even before I'd bought the item. Postage is very expensive to our region and they were very helpful with arranging alternative postage for our item. Came in great condition. Have already recommended to friends, mostly because of the customer service and flexibility in ordering when you're more remote

Item delivered on time which was excellent. The two gentlemen that delivered my chest of drawers were courteous and took their shoes off not to mark my very light carpets - thank you. They took the furniture to the room of my choice and unpacked it, they allowed me to check everything before taking the packaging away with them. Great service.

Good solid wood fully assembled furniture. We bought two Edward Hopper bedside drawers and ordered for them to be custom sprayed which was to a high standard.
We also ordered a bedding box too in the same colour which is also good solid fully assembled furniture.

It’s a refreshing change to find good quality furniture and not MDF flat pack rubbish which in all honesty there isn’t a massive difference in price.

This is where we will be shopping for furniture from now on and will be ordering other items within the next month or two.

I recently purchased a chest of drawers from furniture.co.uk for my new baby's nursery and the delivery process was smooth and efficient. The overall customer service I received from this company was unmatched. After unboxing the piece my husband and I noticed a few nicks in the paint - probably caused by small bumps in the warehouse or transporting. I reached out through the customer service email expressing my disappointment considering it was a large purchase and they very promptly responded with several options to rectify the situation. I would definitely purchase from them again.

Staff were courteous and professional from the very beginning when we placed our order to when we received it. We originally bought the 3 basket Tetbury hallway set but realised when we got it home it was too big. We were concerned that it would be a hassle to exchange but when we rang the next day it was so easy to speak to someone and arrange a direct swap for the 2 basket Tetbury hallway set. The furniture is high quality, solid and beautiful. We are extremely happy with our purchase and will definitely be using them again.

The service I received from this company was good. The bed side table is attractive and excellent quality for the price. The only downside is the colour. I ordered Antique White to tone with my warm white bed but
The colour of the bedside table is a blue toned white. But for this I would have given it 5 stars. Luckily the colour is similar to the
