Good quality product, arrived quickly and set up up.with no issues.

excellent and friendly service really pleased with the Beautiful sofa! Thank you very much indeed!!

Really happy with this company. Great price for the product. There was a slight discolouration on part of the sofa, and they replaced it without problem. Delivery drivers were helpful and it was delivered exactly when they said it would be. Definitely recommend Furnishings for Less!

I bought a twin recliner corner sofa from them. It is amazingly comfortable looks great and so very happy with the purchase. They said would arrive by the 6th, it arrived on the 1st so really happy about that. Overall excellent from start to finish.

Our 3 piece suite arrived well packaged and the delivery guys were very friendly and fast. Sofas are very comfortable, nice to have a nice cost living room now!

I bought the York Grey Turin Fabric 3 Seater Reversible Corner Sofa for £500, and honestly, it’s one of the cheapest-feeling sofas I’ve ever sat on. I don’t even know where to begin. The whole thing feels ridiculously small, almost like it’s made of paper and glue. The colour is lovely, I’ll give it that, but unless you’re about 5 feet tall, getting comfortable is practically impossible.

Additionally, there’s a cheeky £20 charge if you don’t live ground floor and would like the drivers to deliver it to “the room of your choice “ to your which isn’t mentioned anywhere on the website or in the email confirmation communications.

Overall, a hugely disappointing purchase. I regret spending £500 on it and will never buy from this website again. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I unfortunately ordered 2 x w seater sofas that would not fit thro my front door. Driver was on his own and also had no room on his van to take old suite.
I therefore ordered a smaller 2 sofas that would fit the door. Was quite a bit cheaper and def not as nice. Delivered by 2 men in a week and old suite taken.
New delivery Dino very very hard seating. Would advice elderly person or person with back problem 'do not buy'
Am still awaiting different price refund. After phone call told had not been actioned. but will received within 10 days.
Company helpful alway thro this saga.
But am ordering another 2 x sofas from DFS putting Dino for sale cheap. Rock hard like sitting on plant.

Love my accent chair great quality, free delivery, arrived within 7 days from ordering. Had a small issue which was dealt with very quickly.
I would not hesitate to recommend this brilliant family run business.

Absolutely love my new swivel chair, super comfy.
Delivery guys were brilliant, put it exactly where I asked and was careful with the other furniture in my house

Great communication, product and overall value for money. I was kept informed regarding any changes in delivery, the delivery was quick and simple and the material and sofa were exactly as shown on the website and easy to assemble.

I’m honestly blown away by this company, I’ve never dealt with such an incredible all round service within a company!! Customer service 5* Communication 5* Updates and calls re delivery 5* and the delivery guys were incredible too 5*
I live in a 2nd floor flat and to say mine is at the furthest point away from the main door is no joke, I’ve had 2 deliveries (through absolutely no fault of the company) and both times the teams of 2 guys were absolutely amazing and didn’t grumble at all (I have many many stairs and fire doors and twists and turns once in the flat) and have been an absolute pleasure to be around and extremely helpful!!
If wondering why the 2 deliveries though, I brought a gorgeous silver sofa and honestly it was perfect it just wasn’t quite the colour to suit my home, as I say this was a me problem nothing on them, I contacted them due to my absolute annoying brain wondering if maybe it was the wrong colour but to say I was blown away with the help and understanding I was given isn’t short from customer service heaven!! I was made to feel ok about my decision on colour and they offered to exchange with another colour to fit my home better, I was blown away by this and still even sat on my sofa now I can’t believe it!! Was exchanged within a week and with them working around my work hours too!! I mean just no one else compares to this in the slightest!!
So seriously if considering a new sofa I would recommend Furnishings for Less in a heartbeat!!
I’ve already contacted them to say how happy I am and I even called after my first delivery just to say how amazing the delivery guys were as I just don’t think enough people say thank you anymore, but if I could say it a hundred times over then I would!!
So again Thank you to an incredible team you’ve made everything so perfect for me!!
And also I will say my jumbo cord sofa is Devine!! I’ve seen comments of people saying can be a little hard but trust me after a few weeks of being cosy on the sofa it feels incredible and the material is just soooo soft, I absolutely adore it!!

Ordered the corner unit everything went smoothly and was delivered within 6 days , sofa was so comfortable and delivered with half hour after phone call ,liked it that much Ordered another 3 seater, all was great service yet again ,happy customer would recommend 😊

Whole transaction was faultless. Great customer service. Message received to let us know to expect a call arranging delivery. Delivery date organised promptly. Phone call when drivers were 30mins away. All on time and gents that brought sofa were polite, friendly and a credit to the company. Love the sofa too. 5/5

the sofa has strong smell of damp. Very bad smell coming off it. I'm trying my best to clean it with bleach, dettol, vinegar and rubbing alcohol to get off the smell. I washed the covers and sprayed them. I haven't yet sat in the sofa because I'm busy removing the bad smell. It looks like it was just locked away in a cold damp place, got wet throughout the years ect. whole thing is affecting my mental health. Down inside of it smell coming up. I left the windows open so the fresh air comes it. The whole situation is draining for me.

The delivery was spot on and the sofa is top quality, we would definately recommend you too family & friends.

delivered swiftly, although one settee was damaged, was replaced and delivered as promised within a week

Please don't order from these if you think your getting the Beige Quilted Chenille Full Back Corner Sofa because its far from it , you get a cream sofa that looks like its been made by the kids at my grandsons school, it is shocking it's very cheaply made with cheap filling that is lumpy all over, mine came with black marks all over it, honestly please take notice of my review or you will regret ordering it. Can't fault the customer service apart from they should be embarrassed having to explain why its nothing like the picture advertised.

Delivery personnel were friendly, professional and careful with my furniture.

Items purchased arrived on time and well packaged very pleased with what we have purchased from this company will use this site again
