Great Product, very comfortable and fits well . The delivery guys were excellent too very friendly and courteous. Only suggestion is that the Logistics team should be provided with a Trolley of some sort - shouldn’t carry stuff in this day and age !!! Plenty smart trollies available . Thank you

Delivery came early which was great, delivery guys were great. Sofa was well packed and protected , can’t fault at all.
Love the new sofa

Brilliant! Love my new settee and 2 chairs! Well made, and very reasonably priced! As for delivery, was really quick, although I panicked as I had my other removed sooner than I thought! I emailed, although it wasn't late, and had a phone call the next day, Friday, to confirm it would be delivered on the Monday. The delivery guy was amazing! He brought it all in himself, then unwrapped and set it up! The chairs are fab, a lot bigger than expected, but so comfy! As is the settee! I'm really pleased from start to finish and would definitely recommend them!!!

Very good quality. Good value for money. Great turnaround/delivery time. Very nice and friendly delivery team. Would definitely recommend and use them again 👍🏻👍🏻

Every step of the purchase was quick, friendly and easy . The lady who processed my order,(Jen? Jane?) could not have been more helpful. Everything she promised would happen actually DID , - I received the comments texts on time, the drivers arrived just on time, and both of them were great ambassadors for the company. 15 minutes after they arrived, they'd taken our old sofas and assembled the new ones. The
sofas are lovely, and so well priced. All in all, a perfect buying experience- thanks so much

Friendly & helpful staff on the phone.

Great communication
Excellent customer service
Fast delivery!

This was an excellent experience. I saw the set online and decided it was exactly right. The delivery men were delightful, kind and polite. The suite is amazing, and so cheap. Also very quick. We are both very impressed with whole deal, and would highly recommend to anyone.

Very pleased with my sofa. Customer service and speed of delivery was fantastic.

Thanks

Amanda

Great price, fast delivery and a lovely sofa 👍🏻

I honestly cannot recommend Furnishings for Less highly enough! The whole team went above and beyond to help me with an emergency purchase, and I am so grateful for all their help and support.

Communication was fantastic throughout, everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the delivery was super-fast. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made what could have been a very stressful situation so much easier.

The sofas are absolutely fantastic quality, and I couldn’t be happier with them. From the initial enquiry through to delivery, the whole experience was faultless.

A huge thank you to the entire team for going the extra mile when I really needed it. Excellent customer service, great quality and a brilliant experience all round. I would definitely recommend Furnishings for Less and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again! 👏😊

Sofa is really nicee.

Good quality & worth the money but, sofa seats are a tad bit hard & delivery was delayed.

I had to repeatedly contact them to find out about the delay once it went past delivery time (not Furnishings for Less fault).

Overall, super happy with it and it’s nicer than the pics :) *Fern Keira Fabric Corner Sofa
