i first bought hinges from this company through amazon uk, but i can see they are no longer on amazon, so i bought direct and still waiting, 7 days later after handing this company my money I have still no hinges.
Tried calling their number with no success, sent an email, no reply.
I would say if you want your products in a reasonable time frame don't bother with this company.

Furnica has amazing customer service. They were so helpful recommending me exactly the best products for my situation and even followed up afterwards if everything had worked out for me 👍

Expensive shipping - almost £15 and five days later the item isn’t here. They said it would be here by Friday and now have changed it to Monday. Customer service are know it all’s who are rude and cheeky. Got it from Amazon in two days. Disgusting service

UPDATE- when time finally arrived it was damaged and wheels missing!! Trading standards have been contacted!

Apparently furnica thr inks this isn’t genuine. I have the Amazon receipt and emails back and forth feom your Augustine comaony where the issues are discussed and a refund is issued by Amazon due to continued complaints about the comaony

Ordered the Bruno Computer desk from furnica.co.uk. Great easy to assemble sturdy desk at a very reasonable price. Will keep them bookmarked for the future.

Honestly I was skeptical to order at first, especially that I ordered abroad, but it turned out to be amazing. The furniture is really solid, the colors are great and the shipping only took 8 days from UK to Romania which was faster than they said it will be. Also my furniture arrived perfectly fine, nothing broken, not even scratched.
