Awful products, cheaply made, most pieces cut wrong, so I couldn't assemble, even worse customer service, they outright ignore you for weeks, biggest mistake of my life spending so much money on these, they went out with the rubbish a few weeks later, I was devastated. Your hard earned money would be much better spent elsewhere, anywhere else but with this company.

Order promptly dispatched, received within 2 days. Good quality soft close drawer runners for the price. Will definitely be using this company again. MW.

Purchased some new drawer runners which arrived remarkably quickly and are much better quality than the ones that we removed from a branded piece of furniture. Would highly recommend.

If I could give 0 stars I would - possibly the worst quality set of drawers I’ve ever received - they only shipped half of my order and didn’t ship the other half. The drawers are the most poor quality you could imagine - they’re unsturdy, they don’t line up anywhere, they’re wonky, the fixings don’t hold anything together properly and don’t line up with anything. They came chipped and bashed. I’ve emailed them but looking at the reviews I’m doubting I’ll get a suitable response. I’m going to create a charge back with my bank if they are unable to resolve this. AVOID - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE !!!

I had an issue with a chest of drawers ordered and had to pay someone to fix it as needed it straight away so didn't want to return it and wait for new one.
Customer services was excellent and extremely speedy in getting back to me, resulting in a refund for work paid out for within 7 days from first message.

I used Furnica to buy a single breakfast bar leg. I hadn’t wanted to fit one during my project but ended up needing the support. I researched numerous companies and legs and wasn’t expecting any to compliment my new kitchen. The Furnica website was noticeably well laid out and easy to navigate, and the price was almost too good to be true. The leg that I needed was significantly cheaper than several other sites I had looked at.
Buying it was a no brainer - the price was excellent, and they had the colour and style that would best suit the room.
Delivery was fast, with updates on progress, and it arrived extremely well packaged. The metal breakfast bar leg was much better quality than I was expecting, and the black metal leg compliments the room rather than looking out of place. Really solid and well made, fitting was an absolute doddle, and I really couldn’t be happier with the product. Really glad Google found this website for me, and I will definitely use again - fully recommend Furnica for products and prices.

I have used Furnica in the past and more recently. The products (gas struts) purchased have been good quality, keenly priced and with a prompt delivery. I have also recommended Furnica to colleagues who have gone out of their way to let me know good the service was.

Delivered on time excellent product thanks

I bought some cam dowels, inserts and cam locks to run a project. I had purchased with a reasonable time to be able to receive before easter holidays so i could run my project during the holidays. Well, it turns out the delivery arrived in the friday from the holiday and some of the items came wrong. I trid to contact them but due to holiday they were off so this ruined my plans for the holiday and the week after i made contact via email to request a replacement, after some emails going back and forth they prepared some replacement piece to send to me. I emphasized to them to be aware of not only the length came wrong, also the type of thread and they should take this into consideration when sending the new ones. They seemed to ignored what i said or even check my original order to provide the right piece as I received the replacement pieces and while this time it came with the right length, it came AGAIN with the wrong thread type making impossible to run my project.
The lack of attention to detail of a simple thing is unbelievable, so i make contact with them again to request again for a replacement and they simply replied saying they would not fulfil my purchase therefore they would refund me the amount.
So now i will have to look for another place to buy the item and again postpone my project due to the lack of attention and commitment from this company.
I will never use the services of them again, and strongly advise to everyone to beawre when buying from them as you can expect things come wrong

Ordered 165° soft close hinges that unfortunately did not fit my units.

The hinges were good quality but I returned them for a refund as they were unsuitable.
