Awesome watch
you guys design and sell the best looking watches. Very happy with the watch and genius in using the quartz because I'd swap the movement instead of service it.
Only nitpick is the meteorite pattern isn't as cool looking as the marketing material.

It wasn't possible to deliver my watch…
It wasn't possible to deliver my watch in Prague due to customs fees. That part is fine. The order was returned to Furlan Marri, and I sent three emails asking for a response but received none. I am still waiting for a reply to those emails and a refund of the amount paid.

Excellent customer service from Furlan Marri.
I had a complicated shipping situation involving multiple countries, customs issues, and additional delivery costs. Throughout the process, their support team remained professional, patient, and helpful.
In the end, they offered a very fair solution, arranged the return of the package, and confirmed a full refund of both the original order and the additional reshipping fee, with no extra return costs on my side.
I really appreciate the way they handled a difficult situation and took responsibility for finding a reasonable resolution.

My experience with Furlan Marri was…
My experience with Furlan Marri was disappointing due to the excessive delay in delivering my order. Unfortunately, the watch was not worth such a long wait, and I will not purchase from the brand again.
One suggestion for future collections: consider offering more watches in a 41 mm size, as I believe this would make the designs more attractive and suitable for a wider range of customers.

Regarding the delay, we completely understand your frustration. However, your order was placed as a pre-order, and at the time of purchase, the estimated delivery timeline was clearly indicated, with watches being delivered in different production batches.
As for your suggestion regarding the case size, we currently focus on watches between 37.5 and 39 mm. That said, we really appreciate your feedback and will certainly keep the idea of a 41 mm model in mind for potential future collections.
