When I placed my order for the watch, I was very excited and looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, the delivery process took much longer than expected, which was disappointing and frustrating.
Furthermore, when the package was delivered, I was asked to pay an additional shipping fee of approximately $120.90. This charge was not clearly mentioned on your official website at the time of purchase.
As a result, I did not get to enjoy my purchase as I had expected, and unfortunately, I am not satisfied with this experience.
I would appreciate it if you could kindly review this matter and clarify why this additional shipping charge was applied, as well as whether a refund or compensation for this unexpected fee can be provided.
I hope you can look into this matter and help resolve it in a fair and satisfactory manner.

Regarding the additional taxes and charges, we would like to clarify that our website does clearly indicate that duties and local taxes are not included in the product price and may be collected upon delivery, depending on the destination country. This information is also displayed during the ordering process.
Regarding the delivery timing, your watch was scheduled to be shipped at the end of August, with delivery expected in early September, which is indeed what happened in your case.
That said, we understand your point regarding the overall experience, and we are sorry that the delivery process did not meet your expectations.

Late delivery, the strap arrived faulty so now I have to wait for a new one, and the straps are too big for a unisex watch. Overall, not the quality I expected.

My first Furlan Marri watch
My only concern is that, according to the website, my order was supposed to arrive by the end of August, but it actually arrived in early September.
In addition, I think it would be great if the watch certificate could be replaced with an NFC card displaying the watch’s serial number. This would be more convenient and modern while still providing easy access to the watch’s information.
