They paid my friend then banned their account for “suspicious activity”
I cannot win for the life of me, so something tells me this site has it set up where you do not win.
Hence why when my friend won, her account was terminated.

Will update when redemption of 133.07 via prizeout hits my email to give 5 stars. Won that off my sign up sc. so far kyc and redemption process has gone smoothly. Now we wait…
Well they don’t make it clear that you can only cash out to gift cards and it takes about 24 hours for them to approve the payout so if you win a large amount it takes a long while to get all your moneys worth of gift cards
So far customer service has been timely with my support request and gave me the information I needed im excited to receive my first redemption I enjoyed the games I played and how straight forward the process is
The new Lobby is heaps better with easier access to their new game categories like Instant and Crash games. they have my favourite slots and managed to have some big wins with super simple redemption. They only have Prizeout (gift cards) so far, but works for me!
I also won 14 k got paid about 3k in gift cards then they accused me of cheating on an online casino and locked my account

Don't even bother collecting the daily. They ban instead of paying.
Been able to cash out twice winning off the free daily, only cash out option is gift cards and it was raised from 25 to 100 minimum. Also no VIP system. If you depositing money i would proceed with caution based off the other reviews and only wager what your willing to loose.
I won 69.0000 redeem 1750 in gifts cards they restricted my account gave me the run around from 1/3/2026 stop responding to me or email until 1/29_2026 stating that my account is closed
They owe me over 15k in gift cards. They blocked my account and after a month I finally got emails from prizeout saying my gift cards were declined. They have had my account blocked since i cashed out
Funz is a scam customer service is automatic
Fund will not pay you your redemption they owe me $6000 and gift cards at that they started to pay me sent me a couple gift cards and then blocked my account and have not responded to my emails nor can I log into my account nor have I received my compensation for the winnings that I Rightfully won They've given me the runaround and then subsequently just now we're not responding at all do not play Here

Funk is a great sweepstake casino, a large variety of games. I reddened over 600 and was paid in full within 2 days. I was able to use the e gift cards with no problem. If I could redeem cash it would be a 5 star.

I was a little skeptical of this newer casino, and the payout is in gift cards. But you can redeem at $25, and I was able to get an xbox gift card for my son, and it showed up in 2 days.

Don’t confuse this site with Funz City, which is decent. This site, Funz Casino, is terrible. For starters, they only have maybe two or three providers. The game selection is awful. More importantly, they don’t back their games. I was in the middle of a bonus round on Fortunes and Finery and their game crashed and will not re-load. It brings up an error code every time I try to play the game to finish my spins and after contacting customer service multiple times with the error code, they instead refuse to fix the issue and said Booming Games no longer operates Fortunes and Finery even though it’s still on every other platform. Convenient it happened to align with their game crashing during my bonus spins. Long story short, their customer support lies to customers and the game selection is a joke. There are 100 better places to play then this site which I honestly think is a scam site anyway. Avoid it and play somewhere else.
