A very Special Experience ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The whole Team were excellent.
Tess was exceptional and made everyone feel at their ease at what was and is a very difficult time.
She kept me in touch at every step of the way and is a credit to Your Company.
On the day of the Funeral on May 7th Lee was very professional and Paul our driver of the Limousine was pleasant.
Based on My/Our Experience I would highly recommend Your Company.

My Dad’s funeral
They all worked together as a team to ensure that every little detail was exactly how I wanted it and ensured I was fully informed throughout. The service was a great success with those who attended and they said they enjoyed it, which was exactly what I wanted them to feel. I think my Dad would have been blown away. His funeral was really important to him and I think it turned out better than he had envisaged. I’m very happy with how it all went.

Everyone was very professional
Everyone was very professional, compassionate and kind. Although a large company, it seemed like a very personal service. We used the Co-Op for both my mum and dad's funerals and would not go anywhere else in the future.

The Co-op Funeral care, was in my opinion excellent from the very start until the end and beyond. They didn’t try to push their products onto us. They did everything we asked. They treated us with both sympathy and respect. The day of the funeral ran smoothly and efficiently. Overall the Rowner Road office was by far the best experience.

Our experience with The Cooperative Funeralcare in Lake, IOW
The staff were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble for them making sure the smallest details were just as we wanted them. We first met Holly who initially dealt with us. She was very kind and very efficient with all the necessary form filling. As she was then on her annual break Jonathan took over for the next two weeks and he continued with kindness, empathy and efficiency. We cannot praise them highly enough. On the day of the funeral all the rest of the team were very respectful and kind.
