Helpful advice, prompt action, good staff to work with (Lake office, IOW)

Did everything as requested, this being done remotely outside of the UK

Absolutely first class service was had at this very difficult time. The staff were kind compassionate and helped me with every step . I honestly could not have done it without them . Nothing was too much trouble .

Diane in the wendover branch made us feel welcome and supported us throughout the whole process. Obviously it was very sad and upsetting for the family but she made it easier. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Great attention to detail and very caring staff

Karen at the Coop Ash Vale was very easy to deal with and made the whole day go so well.

The car arrived on time and both lady drivers were very helpful.

Everyone was so helpful and considerate. Jane listened to our wishes, and did her best to fulfil them.

I can’t thank The Co-operative Funeralcare in Emsworth enough for the care and compassion they showed during such a difficult time. Jane was absolutely amazing—kind, patient, and incredibly supportive from start to finish. Nothing was too much trouble, and she made sure I felt informed and reassured every step of the way, without ever being pushy.

The Chapel of Rest was peaceful and beautifully presented. Seeing Mum looking so serene and cared for meant a great deal to me. They even took her fingerprints, a thoughtful touch I truly appreciated.

On the day of the funeral, the coordinator was calm, professional, and attentive. They made sure everything ran smoothly and also took the time to check in with me, which made a big difference.

I felt truly looked after by everyone involved. I would highly recommend The Co-operative Funeralcare Emsworth to anyone going through the loss of a loved one—they handled everything with such dignity and compassion.

The compassion and understanding shown by Jane in Newport was fantastic. She led us carefully through the whole process and as a result the day of the funeral couldn't have gone any better. Our mother's funeral was superb - beautifully planned and with kind guiding support throughout. Jane was always there to answer queries, walk me through challenges and efficiently organise the day. Orders of Service were beautiful and the willow coffin a thing of beauty.

At this sad time their kindness and sympathy was coupled with a high degree of professionalism and organisation. This helped to ensure that the preparation for, and on the of the day of the funeral was too a very high standard.

Staff were very helpful and treated us with dignity and respect. Always keeping us updated and Georgina was very good at organising it all.

The company go out of their way to help you have the funeral you want for your loved one. They do it with great sensitivity and respect for the deceased.

We purchased a funeral plan some time ago and this couldn’t have made organising my husband’s funeral any easier. Co-operative Funeralcare - Southern Co-op couldn’t have done any better. The paramedics who came to confirm my husband’s death contacted the Co-op and gave them the funeral plan number. From there on the Co-op organised everything, keeping me in the loop by inviting me in to their branch office in Gosport for a consultation where their representative Andrea Witham who couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything about the funeral was discussed in detail and fine tuned by phone call or email from there on. Once funeral day arrived their organiser Tony and his team did everything to make the funeral run smoothly. I can’t speak highly enough of them all.

nicole From co op hazlemere was absolutely lovely through the whole process . so so glad we stumbled across them on the extremely strange day of dad's passing, from the 1st phonecall they were so reassuring, then 2 lovely lady's that came and picked our dad up and even put his favourite song on as they left the house 🏠 to the day of the funeral anna & the limo drivers were so lovely and caring too checking we were all OK the whole journey.
can't recommend enough you need people like this in your darkest days , thanks guys amee cyd zoe & family x
