The interaction was so easy. The quality of photos I provided were not as great as I hoped but somehow they managed to produce a very accurate representation. They put all the "wacky" details I requested. I paid extra for express delivery as I needed it very fast and it came in record time. Don't know how they did it but it looks amazing. I am thrilled with my bobble head! The resemblance to my son is uncanny and everyone who has seen it has marvelled at the likeness.
