Stuck in Edinburgh after work travelling home to Glasgow cold and wet, Jim Culley was amazing from lwhen l first called fuel doctor everyone was very professional , arrival time, manner, honesty, professsional services, as a single women on my own l felt safe at all times. After misfuelling (petrol into diesel car), were given the number for Fuel Doctor. Jim (Glasgow area) arrived in the expected time, drained the petrol, put in a small amount of diesel, and got us going again quickly. Excellent service

Called on the fuel doctor after a quick google search and was very quickly put through to someone in my area who could help! Jim Cullen was on his way to me (in Edinburgh) and would be with me within the hour! The whole process was quick and easy. Great service during a rather stressful situation. I would fully recommend and hope never to need their services again 🤞

I cannot rate Jim in Glasgow highly enough. He came out first thing on a Saturday morning, did what he said he was going to do, when he said he was going to do it and for the price agreed. What more could you ask for? He was also a lovely guy, hardworking and honest. He remedied a bad situation and didn’t make me feel like I was an idiot. (which I am) 100% recommend. 5 stars all round. Stephen at Fuel Doctor gave me the best experience I have ever had with an independent company. My sister had filled my petrol VW with half a tank of Diesel and DROVE and left me broken down at a slip road in SL3. Stephen arrived within the allotted window, kept me informed and reassured that he takes every issue personally and would try his absolute best. I was prepared for whatever the outcome and I am very glad HE GOT IT SORTED! It is refreshing to know there are still real, high integrity gentlemen out there in this industry. Stephen is a star to hold onto!!!

After calling Fuel Doctor it wasn't long before I heard from Jason who asked lots of questions and informed me that he doubted I had damaged my car, which helped to ease my worry. He said that he would be there about 1.40pm. He arrived early and was done and dusted in half an hour. He was so friendly and made me feel totally happy with the service he was providing to me. There is no hesitation in me recommending Jason and Fuel Doctor should anyone else make the mistake I did in the Weston Super Mare area. Thank you.

Polite, Knowledgable and Professional he got me out of a fuel fix with no complaints despite the nasty weather .

I stupidly mixed my addblue in with the diesel tank. Ian came and sort it. Expensive but got me back on the road in a couple of hours from first call to call centre.

Great company jim in Glasgow was amazing arrived quicker than expected and done wonders relieved my stress and had my car up and running in no time would give them 10 stars if I could very professional and friendly. I put diesel in my petrol car and feared the worst. Tom turned up cool, calm and collected and sorted out the situation. I could not be happier with the service.

I put fuel in my car and it started to run badly, was advised to call out fuel doctor after receiving news from Mercedes that checked the car initially that to repair the car would cost thousands of pounds as they would have to replace my complete fuel system in car and possibly the engine to ,Jim from Kilsyth (fuel doctor) came to my aid and fixed the car completely which cost me £200 pounds (can’t thank you enough Jim )

Thank you to fuel doctor for saving the day! Fuiled with the wrong stuff today and had totally cut out in the middle of pollok park. Jim came right away had the car sorted and on our way in 20 minutes. Really lovely man. Thank you 🙏

After misfueling in Anniesland, Glasgow, one phone call to Fuel Doctor started the process to resolve the problem. Jim (Glasgow area) arrived at the time expected and reassured me he could drain the tank & get me going again, no problem. He was courteous, friendly and very professional. I can thoroughly recommend this service for anyone worrying what to do if they mistakenly put the wrong fuel in their car. A million thanks, Jim. Car now purring along sweetly again!

Total incompetent useless and waste of money. After a traumatic experience and yes i made the initial mistake they made things even worse £240 later and broken engine.

A big thank you to Jim for coming out to our car when I put the wrong fuel in at Asda Cumbernauld. He kept in contact to inform us when he was 20 minutes away. He quickly started work and efficiently and quickly solved the problem

Jim in Glasgow ended up saving me a tonne of money and stress. Was incredibly friendly and explained the whole process to me. Entire issue was fixed in under 30mins.
