Steve O was an absolute angel! I was stranded and anxious just before the roundabout when he appeared out of nowhere. He reassured me, got me some diesel, and even followed me to the fuel station to make sure I was safe. A true lifesaver!

I had an unfortunate incident on Saturday night where I accidentally put diesel in my car instead of petrol. Thankfully, Steve O. from Fuel Doctor came to my rescue. He was absolutely amazing—reassuring, incredibly helpful, and he didn’t leave until my car was up and running. His dedication and care made me feel safe and supported throughout the whole ordeal. I put petrol in my diesel vehicle by mistake and rac arranged for fuel doctor to come. What a great service Steve o arrived quickly and asked relevant questions before solving the problem, he explained what he was doing and was very reassuring. It was dealt with very professionally I would definitely recommend this company and a big thank you to Steve o who saved the day.

I was so stressed after putting the wrong fuel in my car, but luckily I hadn’t started the engine. I called Fuel Doctor and Steve came to the rescue. He arrived quickly, was so friendly and kind that my stress completely went away. He drained the tank efficiently and turned what could have been a horrible experience into a really smooth one. Top marks from me, very helpful indeed, put through to a real person who really cared.
It was 1 am and I had fuel problems, no fault of mine, and my breakdown service I have, took £249 from me for someone to come out to me, they called me back 10min later to say they cannot come out until the morning, they said they could tow me home, I said that would not work as street always full of parked cars.
I said that I would wait until the morning and sleep in the car, half hour later they said they would send me a taxi to take me home, I said no as my car was parked on double yellow lines, and there is a lot of yobs about.
I took it upon myself and called the FUEL DOCTOR, I told the lady I was 75 yrs old and did not agree to anything that my breakdown company wanted me to do,
She said just give her 5 min and she would call me back, which she did. and said someone will be with you within the hour,
40 mins later Jack turned up and did a first class job fixing my problem ,and £70 cheaper. thanks jack.
My breakdown service is through my insurance, and I pay top premium, this is only the second time I have used this service in over 12 years, first time I called them out it took over 8 hours to come to me, and still the problem was not fixed, I used my local garage to solve the problem.
I will never use this breakdown service again, EVER.

My sister put the wrong fuel in her car & luckily didn’t start the engine. I Called Fuel Doctor & Mohammed quickly came to the rescue. He drained the tank & was very friendly & kind. He quickly reassured my very stressed sister & took the time to explain everything he was doing (she is profoundly deaf). Also, in a very gentle, humorous way, gave her some pointers how to avoid doing the same thing in the future. Very grateful for the friendly professional service we received. Great service from Jim in Milngavie. I'd put diesel in my car and driven over 5 miles before noticing, Jim came out and took about 50 minutes but he got it running again. Great price for the service and very thankful
