Quick Delivery!
Quick Delivery!
I ordered from the western united states on a Thursday and received my Frost Forms the following Tuesday. Was pleasantly surprised it came so quickly. This was my second order with them, and love their products!

Unfortunately
Unfortunately, my experience with this shop was very disappointing. I ordered a kit, never used it, and returned it at my own expense — only to be told it couldn’t be accepted due to “possible use,” and was then asked to pay even more just to get my own items back.
I followed all their instructions carefully and communicated politely, but the responses were cold, robotic, and lacked any real customer care.
As a paying customer, I felt disrespected and unfairly treated despite showing full cooperation. I would not recommend this store to anyone who values fair return policies and basic customer support.
It was a frustrating, unfair, and exhausting experience and I certainly won’t be shopping here again.

We received the kit you returned, but unfortunately, it arrived dirty, with cake crumbs, and smelling of cake. We had previously let you know that we can’t accept used items, so we’re unable to process this return

It came fast! I am a bit confused as to why the shipping is so much. I doubt it was shipped from Ireland. It got here to quickly!

Black print comes off the product after first use
I would avoid this product. After the first use all the black print has come off the product onto my hands and the cake. This isn't safe and it's very expensive - not worth the money. I have emailed the company several times and received no reply.

Quick deliver and works perfectly
I am in Portugal and was surprised at how quickly I received my order. I tried it the very next weekend and am super excited to use it again as it works perfectly!

Sharp edges but thick coating
I think using Frost Form leads to a cake coating that is thicker than what I would like and this method works well with dense cakes and less so with the slightly more fluffy ones.
