I apologise for this! Our customer service team does their best to reply timely to every email. And they have a good success rate of doing this!
Can I ask why the customer service was so bad? We're always looking to improve :)
Also, to touch on delivery. Once our parcels are in Evri's hands. It is a little out of our control to ensure a timely shipping. Some customers, like yourself, do get late deliveries due to unexpected circumstances. And for this I apologise on behalf of Evri.

I placed a order yesterday and paid extra for express delivery..
nothing has come no tracking or anything so I thought I’d do some further research.
Iv seen nothing but negative reviews so have tried to cancel my order via email and ring the contact number I have found.. to get no reply and mobile phone switch off
Worried this place is a con and just out to get money!

It is uncommon that you did not receive anything from us. We reply within 24 hours to 99% of emails unless theres a unexpected event.
As for tracking, you should have received one once your label was created, which is within 24 hours of placing. You must be sure to check spam as we never know what setting you have on your account!
Once an order has been placed and shipped. It's within the hands of Evri. This means potential delays on their end are out of our control. But for most customers, we have no issues. I apologise on their behalf for the delays your experienced.
As for cancelling your order, again, once it is sent we cannot cancel. But we have our no hassle returns and refunds in place for this reason.
As long as you don't destroy the order, you're entitled to a free return label and refund upon it arriving back to us.

I placed an order 1st of July
I placed an order 1st of July, I paid extra for express shipping which was meant to of been within 1-3days. I have just received my parcel today . I have emailed twice and tried to get intouch via Instagram with no response. For this reason I am giving a low star rating . I am yet to try the chocolate with my husband . But I will leave another review after trying them .

Was really disappointed
Was really disappointed. Tasted awful and didn't have any effect at all! Box and packaging was the best part. Won't be ordering again. Plus they are expensive for something that doest work!

I'm sorry this happened.
In cases like this, it can be due to an item being lost in transit. EVRI sends up to 10x more than other postal services, so they get a bad wrap! But they do delivery 90%+ with no issues at all!
If the parcel never arrived, I hope you emailed our support team, where either a full refund, or a free replacement will be sent the next day!
We commit to this to benefit you, and I hope you could reconsider this review, as we would have sent either a replacement or refund if this was brought to our attention.

They were vile. Ate half, the rest was binned. Had 0 effect. Before binning tried to return but cleverly the returns label couldn't be recognised. Nicely boxed, looked lovely just tasted awful. I won't be ordering again or recommending

I hope you are doing well, and I'm sorry to hear you didn't enjoy the taste of the chocolates.
The effects can vary person to person, as stated in some previous reviews we have replied to. There are many factors involved.
As for you return, all of our return labels are purchased directly from Evri. Whether the scanner at the return location was not functioning or for some other reason it did not scan. It is hard to say for sure. What we do know is our policy is there and set, so they could have been returned for your refund if we had resolved this issue. We've had other returns and not had this issue arise, so it is a little strange.
We do apologise for your bad experience with us, as it is one in few.

DO NOT BUY THiS PRODUCT..2 weeks to turn up after paying extra…
2 weeks to turn up after paying extra for express delivery and melt protection from a place I could literally drive to in 45 minutes on a good day from Kent.
They taste like absolute crap and had absolutely no effect what so ever . I emailed the company a dozen or so times and got totally blanked .
Do yourself a favour .. buy a couple of bottles of Prosecco from Aldi for half the price and have a much better time without putting loads of unknown rubbish in to your body who knows what goes in to them to “get you in the mood” .Our toilet was in turmoil the next few days .

Firstly it would be great to get some insight on what caused the 2 weeks delay. Was it stuck in transit? Lost by Evri? Damaged? Stolen?
Our shipping times are 3-5 days with processing as well. So I apologise for whatever external circumstance caused this delay!
I'm sure you were refunded no problem for the extra paid shipping, as we stick to our guns with claims we make, and if they're not met we hold ourselves accountable.
In terms of your distance, we do not offer collections. Most people prefer delivery these days, so unfortunately it is unlikely you can collect in the future. (for anyone reading)
It would also be great to see the emails you sent as our team is working everyday to answer questions, help customers, and provide an amazing service.
When I search your gmail we have had 0 emails from you?

We unfortunately can't agree with the promotion of drinking, as many Frisk buyers are sober and use Frisk as a better alternative to spice things up!

Not worth it
They did nothing, I thought maybe they would give us a bit of a boost or something but nothing and they taste absolutely horrible. A waste of money, I Would not recommend to anyone.

I would imagine it would be very hard for Frisk to make you poorly, however depending on how much you ate, it could give you an unsettled stomach. Which is why our recommended dose is 1/2 a square at a time!
It seems you are not a fan of Dark Chocolate which is understandable. Be rest assured we're working on making Frisk better in all avenues for the future.

Absolute waste of money not worth it. Ne and my partner ended up eating half more each to feel something and there was nothing. Waste of money for a product that doesn't even do anything

Chocolate tasted nice but didn’t live up to its expectation. Never once enhanced the bedroom experience not that I needed it anyway. A waste of time and money. I wouldn’t bother buying these.

Awful company
Awful company, product tasted disgusting- think had gone off but the company have not responded and are impossible to get in touch with. Trying to get a refund but their emails bounce back. They also don't post any of the negative reviews on their website! Would not recommend buying from them.

Firstly we were also incredibly frustrated that our support email account was bouncing emails due to a software issue. This is no excuse but unfortunately you were caught up in this error with us, to which we apologise.
Like I mentioned, we have since resolved this and your order has been refunded in full, as you are aware.
This was a black swan event in which we did not hear from our customers, and we do apologise as it took more than too long to resolve your order and provide you with the refund.
We also apologise for the chocolate taste, which has since been vastly changed tested, upgraded and loved by many customers.
Also, we had recalled the batch you received and contacted many customers to give us their opinion, and offer refunds if not satisfied.
