Customer service is shocking, didn’t receive part of my order, they ignore emails. I’ve ordered before from this company but the last two years they have completely gone down hill. AVOID!!!!

Great chocolate, poor on delivery this year
I've bought Cocoa+ products for a few years now. It's tasty chocolate with good calories:protein ratio, and the Easter eggs in particular are a real treat. This year, however, the delivery was VERY last minute (afternoon on Easter Sunday, despite ordering early), and I had zero communication from the company when I was querying the delivery – not their best performance.

I ordered 8 Easter eggs on 19th March well in advance of Easter. I'm not sure what happened but they didn't arrive, I had to chase them twice and they finally arrived on 4th April which was Easter Saturday which meant half of my staff didn't receive them until after Easter, making them kind of pointless!

I ordered a protein Easter egg. It arrived all smashed up in the box. I tried contacting the company to arrange a replacement or refund and they never replied. Buy at your own risk!!

Don’t buy from this company!
Bought two advent calendars back in November and still haven’t received them. Contacted them after 10 days to inform them we hadn’t received and no reply. I have chased numerous times since but all emails have gone unanswered. Having bought Easter eggs and advent calendars off this company for the last 4 years this is really disappointing.

I ordered an advent calendar back in October and I have heard nothing since. Sent many many emails but no one has replied. £15 lost!!!! Do not order from this company as website is still receiving money off people and not sending goods

Healthy Chocolate Just Wow!
This company's products are fantastic! I have been buying my "naughty" treats here for a long time now and the best thing is they aren't really that "naughty". The prices are fair and delivery is always prompt. What's not to love...

My son asked for this Easter egg as a healthier alternative. I was a little worried after ordering and reading some reviews. I needn’t have worried. The communication was excellent, the Easter egg arrived and my son loves it. Tastes great. Delighted with the company and highly recommend. Will definitely order from them again.
No wonder it was voted the Best Alternative Easter Egg by BBC Good Food.
