Vintage balmain paris reversible fur coat
I saw this breathtaking vintage balmain paris reversible fur coat for a great price on ebay first then went to the website they have and I wasnt sure from the pictures how the fur was sewn since it look multilayered and hadn't seen anything like it but i just received it and its more stunning in person. I absolutely believe its not only genuine fur but also the brand is genuine because of the craftsmanship and the sewn in tag on the inside reversible pocket, to find a piece like this not only from a brand like balmain but the coat is also from japan its super rare and im 100% satisfied will shop here again. 10/10 would recommend. The delivery was ok and the service was amazing since need additional pictures of the coat and within a few hours they responded.

Review updated to reflect full experience
I’m updating my review because it’s only fair to reflect my full experience. After my original review, the company contacted me to apologise and explained there had been an issue accessing their account, which caused the delay in communication.
I decided to go ahead with the sale, and from that point onwards they have been fantastic. Communication has been excellent, everything has been handled quickly and professionally, and the whole process has been smooth. I’m really pleased with the service I received and appreciate them taking the time to put things right.

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m very sorry for the frustration caused by the lack of communication.
This is not the level of service we aim to provide. You’re absolutely right that once an offer is made, we should follow up clearly and promptly, whether proceeding or not. Unfortunately, it appears there was a breakdown in our communication process after your acceptance, and for that I sincerely apologise.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention, as it helps us improve. I have sent this over to you via email and Whatsapp to allow you to proceed with the sale of your item.
Thank you for your patience, and again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks,
Liam

Bizarre website.
This website claims to buy Nike , Converse, Reebok , but rejected my offers as I was posting right there and then. A Google search, sell your one of the above brands and the website will appear in the search but apparently they don't buy Nike , Converse, Reebok. They don't bother replying to emails either which is extremely rude but I'm still tried to sell with them.

Hi Alex,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed with your experience.
We would like to clarify that all of your submissions were reviewed and responded to within 24 hours. On each occasion, we explained that we were unable to proceed because the requested prices were higher than our current buying range and the items were not in demand at this time.
We do regularly purchase brands such as Nike, Converse, and Reebok; however, all offers are subject to current market demand and pricing, as outlined in our process. While we understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, we did ensure that every submission received a response.
We always aim to be transparent and responsive, and we encourage customers to review our other feedback which reflects our standard service. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
Best Wishes,
Liam
