I requested an end of tenancy cleaning and despite the pretty short notice, Sonia didn’t doubt to accommodate a booking for me. David and his colleagues arrived on the dot, they were friendly and very professional ready to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. I was very satisfied with the results so was the landlady.

Nothing was fully cleaned
Nothing was fully cleaned. With the appliances there were still food remnants in the dishwasher, fridge, freezer etc. Hob still dirty, bathroom sink still dirty around edges, just to highlight a few standard failures. It appears that they hoovered and swept floors, and did a very surface level clean, but that is not at all what is expected from the service offered and amount paid. Have been in 4 rentals previously and know the standard of an end of tenancy clean, and this was not it! Steer clear! We didn't have time for a reclean as removals were booked for the next day, so no chance for them to rectify, but the idea of having a cleaner in is to remove the stress so even if we had had time it's an unacceptable inconvenience due to a poor service. Do not book with them, the reviews online must be for an alternate team.

Very impressive
From the initial call with the booking team to the staff leaving the property, I felt totally at ease and in the hands of professionals. My house was spotless after the deep clean took place, carpets were literally sparkling clean and smelt so fresh too!
David was great at getting the remnants of child locks of the cupboard, highly recommend them for your clean outs.

No cleaning, worst customer experience of my life. DO NOT USE ISSLY TASK!, starting legal procedures
Absolutely disgraceful communication from this alleged 'cleaning' company. We had an invoice for 17 items of post-building cleaning. Out of those, only 3 were completed. Almost NOTHING was done in terms of cleaning. It was shocking. As soon as we saw this, we had to purchase a hoover and other cleaning materials on the spot and start cleaning, as we had to move in on the day and my partner has severe allergies from dust.
We sent a complaint email demanding a refund on the day after, at which point Issly Task flat out refused, claimed the evidence we shared could have been 'cleaned in 10-15min' and insisted that their cleaners did a good job. They also accused us that we had ill intentions and were just after a 'free cleaning'. The most mind boggling thing is that even if we wanted a free cleaning, we got NO CLEANING at all from Issly Task.
After some back and forth and them accusing us of having ill intentions, their main point was that we didn't call immediately. Turns out my partner DID CALL right after we saw the state of the flat. I also tried calling 4 additional times to discuss the issue, and noone picked up.
Overall, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT SOMETHING CLEANED! They will flat out scam you out of your money. GET ANYONE BUT THEM and you will be better off. Even if you don't bother cleaning, you will be £200 up versus handing the money to them with the same outcome.
We have started formal complaints according to the Consumer Rights Act and will also proceed with other means, not for the money but we do believe it is morally not right to let them get away with such service.

Adding to this as I could not find a way to reply to the rebuttal below.
- We shared multiple pictures of the incomplete and sloppy job. Not just of a lamp and a radiator. This is a flat out lie.
- We actually showed you proof that we DID call and noone picked up. Actually I called a total of 8 times over the whole period after. Not even once did anyone pick up. A clear scam.

my old tenants left my place looking like a tornado hit it. Not only were they top-notch cleaners, but they were also total champs in the professionalism department. Courteous, respectful, and they didn't stop until my place was gleaming.
