A Five-Month Wait for a Refund – Unacceptable Double Charging

I'm writing this review with mounting frustration, as it has now been over five months since I first contacted Freezvon regarding an extremely troubling issue. I was charged twice for a service that was never available, and despite my persistent efforts, I have yet to receive a refund.

On May 1st, 2023, I initially engaged Freezvon's services with high hopes. However, my experience has been a nightmare from the start. Not only did the promised service never materialize, but I was also billed twice for it, an inexcusable oversight on Freezvon's part.

My attempts to contact Freezvon's customer support have been met with deafening silence. It's disheartening to see a company disregard its customers and their genuine concerns for such an extended period.

Let me be unequivocal in my stance: I demand an immediate refund for the erroneous double charge. It is unfair and unconscionable to withhold my money for a service that was never provided. I have meticulously documented all correspondence and transaction details, prepared to take legal action if necessary to rectify this situation.

I implore Freezvon to do the right thing and expedite this refund process. Acknowledge the inconvenience and frustration I have endured throughout this ordeal and provide a resolution promptly.

If I do not receive a satisfactory response in a reasonable timeframe, I will have no choice but to pursue legal action to recover my funds. Additionally, I will share my experience on various platforms to inform others of Freezvon's questionable business practices. It is in Freezvon's best interest to address this matter swiftly and fairly.

I eagerly await a prompt resolution and hope this review serves as a wake-up call for Freezvon to take their customers' concerns seriously.

Very good support

My install isn't finished yet but Feezvon service is very good. Professionally run organisation.

Update: Freezvon continued to work on the issue and now all working fine. Very good support.
The redirection service is very easy to use and the customer portal makes it very easy to manage.

Waiting 2 months for refund and identity requirements not transparent

Still awaiting refund to my credit card since 4th February 2023 when Freezvon indicated it was sent. Also the identity requirements requirements are not transparent - the site has one list of requirements by country but received email after for a copy of passport and credit card statement showing the initial payment to Freezvon. If this was indicated as an up front requirement as part of the account set-up I would have no issue, but the after-thought approach feels scammy. Decided to test them by seeing what would happen if I didn't submit as they said that my funds would be sent back. If I got back the funds, I would apply again and follow through on the "after" requirements. The fact that I haven't got it back makes this company very questionable in my eyes.

However, we need to note that the refund has been made to your card on 2023-02-04 11:59:42. The process through which we make refunds is automized through the Stripe payment system. We cannot freeze your funds or keep them to ourselves when we make a refund. Please contact your bank to confirm that refund was made!

As for the documents required for the payment verification: we state clearly in our Terms and Conditions that we reserve the right to request your identity verification documents at any point if it is needed to provide services for you.

In this case, payment verification was needed to prevent credit card fraud. There are no downsides for a credit card owner to proceed with credit card payment verification. This measure is to prevent scammers from using our services. As you seem to feel strongly about scams, you should agree with this approach.

To sum it up: we do warn that we may request documents from a user; when we do request documents, it's solely to comply with anti-fraud policies; refunds are made automatically through the payment system used during payment.

You never used our phone numbers because your order was not completed due to you failing your account verification. We are complying with anti-fraud regulations, so we do not allow unverified transactions for the payment method you choose.
The money you spent were returned to the sender via the payment system. It usually takes from 1 to 5 days for a refund to be completely processed, depending on the bank, so the owner of the card used during that transaction should have already received it.
