I am so pleased when there was an error in my order they bent over backwards to make sure that they resolved as quick as they could and resolved all of my issues. They may have taken a little bit longer then I would have wished but I do feel that was more the problem of the geek who is working on the site then the owners or managers of Free my Paws. I would highly recommend them and their products it is a delight in these days that you have someone who cares about their customers.

I registered my dog and the documents arrived in a timely manner. However, the postage of $10.00 I thought was excessive. As it arrived in just a plastic envelope and the contents were very, very light.

However, my documents are professionally done and I have no complaints. I have only travelled once with my pet once and the hotel never asked for any documentation and it was not a pet friendly hotel. So I will be travelling with my pet again soon without the worry.

Was a very smooth process. My only concern is that the airline I was flying - Allegiant - told me they were instituting a 30lb cap on ESA's. This was only on my 2nd flight, so now I'm concerned I may not be able to fly her. The airport I fly to regularly has only 2 airlines fly in and Allegiant was the only non-stop. I don't think this is reflective of Free My Paws, just bad timing on Allegiant releasing a new policy...
