The first time I worked with Free My Paws they were fabulous. I applied for and received a "service dog letter" When I renewed this year, I had to follow-up multiple times to get the letter email to me after I had paid for it. I have requested hard copies of the package which was emailed to me three times (since I do not have a printer) and I am still waiting......Everyone is very polite, but this time the process has been very slow.

Too much money for what you get. I’m on SS certificate isn’t worth anything when you need proof I was turned away with my Bella from grocery store. Wish I still had my money and they had their stuff back had to go through PayPal to get complete order. Wish I had my money back. 💔💔

This is a wonderful resource for assistance with your pet needs and you. I had prompt responses from a therapist who was understanding and I could reach out to for questions. As for merchandise, I ordered the wrong size vest for my dog and called to get the correct sizing. They were very helpful and sent the correct size immediately. I recommend this site and in fact I renewed after a year.
