Fruit & Fibre Gluten Free Flakes are Awful
Organic Fruit & Fibre Gluten Free Flakes are absolutely awful, the "flakes" are hard, thick and tasteless and there is hardly any dried fruit in them, this is one of the worst cereals I've ever had and their customer service is also atrocious and very dismissive. Also they did not offer to send a replacement at all, they wanted to close the compliant and do nothing. Only after lots of emails and a negative review here they offered that. Dishonest arrogant company I'll never buy from them again.

We took your concerns seriously and investigated the batch details you provided, including checking our retained sample from the same batch. Our checks found no issue with the quality of the flakes or the distribution of fruit, and the retained sample was within specification.
We also offered to send you a replacement product so that you could compare it with the pack you purchased and help us establish whether there was an issue specific to your original pack. We have not been able to arrange this as the offer has not been taken up.
We understand that taste and texture are personal preferences, and we’re sorry that this particular cereal was not to your liking. However, we do want to reassure customers reading this review that your concerns were investigated and we did offer a further product to help resolve the matter.
We’re a small Customer Services team and are always happy to investigate genuine product concerns and listen to customer feedback.

Products Excellent. Last Order Delivery A Problem
The Products are excellent and as a good as ever but delivery of my recent order this time was seriously delayed. I contacted help and did receive a reply with the reason for delay, which was apparently due to IT issues. As a positive it was promptly sent after my enquiry and the products in my order were as good as ever.

Poor quality flour for gluten free…
Poor quality flour for gluten free goods. I decided to give this a try instead of using my usual brand (Juvela). The texture is very crumbly, gritty and dry and the scones I made just fell apart when cutting so not able to use. Definitely would not use again as it is a waste of the other ingredients, particularly when there are other flour products on the market that do make great baked goods.

Ruined an excellent product
Their gluten free brown rice pasta used to be my absolute favorite pasta. It was the best gluten free pasta you could buy. Then they changed the recipe... Still £4 a bag 😳 and is now honestly the worst pasta ever, can't even finish the bag, its like chewy, tasteless glue. I'm assuming they tried to make it more cheaply as it shrunk aswell? Bad decision. I will never buy it again.

We are aware that some customers have experienced changes in the texture and cooking performance of our Brown Rice Pasta. This is the result of natural variation in the brown rice harvest. As our pasta is made from 100% brown rice, seasonal differences in the crop, influenced by growing conditions, can affect the starch and protein composition of the grain, which in turn impacts the finished pasta.
We want to reassure you that the pasta remains completely safe to eat, and we have been working closely with our supplier to address the issue. We have also introduced additional quality checks on incoming batches to ensure the pasta performs to the standard our customers expect before it reaches our shelves.
We're sorry that your experience fell below those expectations, and we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback. Hopefully our new batches will improve your expectations.
