Great customer service
I recently bought a pre-order ringsling but had missed that it was pre-order so reached out as I thought it was delayed in being dispatched. I had a very quick reply from Paris who was extremely helpful and explained when it would arrive once they'd been able to place the order with the supplier. I was very impressed with the communication with Paris and support in getting the sling to me in time for an event I wanted it for. The sling is perfect and just what I wanted.

Rucksack purchased is great quality and is perfect for university day bag but also good day hiking bag. Excellent customer service after item was missing from order. Missing item was put on next day delivery . I would definitely use this website again.

Bad customer service.
Ordered a big item and had a discount code they are advertising on Google.
Had an email asking for more money as the discount wasn't for sale items, even though that wasn't in the terms and conditions for that code. Explained I couldn't afford anymore, They ignored that message for days and then got notification that it's been cancelled and refund takes 10 days to come back so now I don't have my present for my little boy and have no money to get another present in time.
Wouldn't recommend this shop

I'm really sorry you are disappointed. You used a discount code on an item that was heavily reduced and we kindly explained as a small business we cannot offer further discount on items that are already heavily reduced specially large items that cost a lot to post (which we fully cover the cost of). It is covered in our t's and c's that discount codes are not valid on discounted items, we obviously try to ensure codes do not work but as a small business we do not have a large tech team and sometimes their are technical glitches. We offered you to pay the extra or receive a full refund. We issued a full refund, the money leaves us right away, if it takes up to ten days to reach you i'm afraid that is down to your bank and not something we can control. We are very sorry for your unhappy experience.

I ordered something on the 10th July, I chased to say my package hadn’t arrived and got told to wait a few more days. I chased again on the 27th July. I did finally hear from them explaining they had major technical problems. A re-delivery was not possible due to the item being out of stock but I got a full refund. Thank you

Amazing experience!!
I went into the freedom shop while we were camping specifically looking for some barefoot shoes as i knew they stocked them, the gentleman who was in the store was soooo helpful! i tried on so many pairs and he suggested different options that i could go for and the ones he likes, as well as being super knowledgable on the shoes and explaining the different benefits of the different models, i am autistic and i struggle making decisions and he was very patient!! and didnt mind me trying them on multiple times. I absolutely love my shoes, thank you so much!! :)

After having an awful experience with BabyTula (as many others are at the moment) I found this amazing company, that stock Lenny Lamb carriers.
The dispatch and delivery was amazing!! I received my order within 2 working days of placing the order! (After waiting over a month for BabyTula to dispatch an order which turns out I’ll never receive).
🌟BONUS🌟 This beautiful company have the option to pay in 3 with Klarna which was an absolute godsend at the moment as I am still out of pocket due to BabyTula who have yet to issue a refund and continue to ignore me, after offering a refund.
Anyway back to this amazing company!! Thank you so much for the efficient service you have provided! The product was perfect, as described! I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future and would highly recommend others order from you too! ❤️
