I’ve been using Freedomsat through Bentley, and I’ve had a great experience. The customer support has been very responsive and helpful, always ready to answer my questions and meet my needs. I highly recommend their service.

Real people with understanding and prompt action when required. I have received excellent service from this company.

We had internet starting the contract in March. Suddenly after 2 months our Internet got unstable until it stopped completely. The service department was very helpful, but they/ we couldn't find what the problem exactly was. Service in Greece, a technician coming to our house, would cost +/- €1000. Outrageous. The technician was probably going to come with a private helicopter. So we stopped our contract with Bentley.

As I've been asked to write this review so soon after its installation, my review is more a reflection of the installation process. A reader should also note that the company I contracted with for the service (Bentley Telecom) seem to be a subcontracter of Freedomsat who in turn get a subcontractor to fit the kit. Having said this I was disappointed that:

The subcontractor failed to turn up to fit the equipment on the first date I was given by Bentley Telecom. This was due to a Bentley error.

When the engineer came to fit the equipment he told me it would not fit where I wanted it to go. Then, when it was too late, he agreed he had been wrong.

It's to soon to say how reliable the actual service is.

Team very responsive. I’m glad to know now that there is an app to self activate.

Been signed up for their satellite broadband product for a number of years. Very prompt and helpful customer support and solving of any issues we had. Would recommend.

ciao Katie, mi spiace, ma purtroppo la connessione dove abito è veramente bassa e solo tramite satellitare. Inoltre io ho un bed and brekfast e nella mia zona anche il telefono prende molto male. Qui si vive con Wifi quindi ci deve essere un servizio internet sufficiente per tutti. Vi terrò comunque presenti.

I have had a unfortunate experience with a more traditional supplier. The system was installed yesterday and appears to function well. The speeds are ok and I have nothing to complain about.

Excelent response rate even on a subscription discontinuation request. I will use them again if I ever need satelite internet.

What a change to actually speak to a human being and not a Bot! Steve, from Support was a great help and really speedy when replying to all my questions. After our internet provider went into liquidation, there was no communication but after being told by a friend to try Bentley Telecoms everything was sorted and restored, even cheaper monthly fees too! Excellent service.

I have been with this company for the past ten years which has given excellent service. I live in France where we have been recently connected to fibre optic internet hence the reason for the change.

The lady I spoke to was highly professional, very polite and helpful.

Easy to deal with and quick with technical advice.

Phone response was immediate and Kevin and Billy were truly excellent! It was a really complex issue to reconnect the broadband after previous supplier went into administration, and took a week and a lot of phone calls but they were very patient and clear all the way....always friendly and informative...thank you!
