Freedom Destinations Anmeldelser

Abbie very helpful in sorting out trip to Singapore,Cairns and Melbourne for Centenary Test.

We have used freedom destinations before and we would use over and over . Just booked another holoday with them . They listen to you and prepare your holiday to perfection. Every holiday that we have experienced with them has been just perfect from discussing our requirements with our personal consultant to the whole booking process . 100 per cent would recommend this company . We have made great memories with their help. Thankyou James and we cant wait for our new trip .

I had quotes from 5 different companies but went with Freedom Destinations mainly because of Maritha. She was so friendly, professional and helpful. Every question I asked her was answered clearly and fully, not just one quick sentence like the others (or not at all like some). I had complete confidence in her advice and help. She is a credit to this company and I would definitely look to book my next holiday with them too.

Very efficient company. Reliable and very friendly.

Nothing is too much for them

freedom destinations were very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole process understanding your needs and translating it into a tailormade holiday very impressive really. have used trailfinders who were unhelpful, didnt listen and were irritated by my lack of knowledge.

Alice Morris who dealt with our holiday was very helpful sorting out our requirements and booking was very easy

Caroline was excellent.very knowledgeable and dealt with my needs expertly in the booking of my adventure. Thank you

Very helpful

So far great service and communication with the same person each time. Can’t say anymore until we have final details.

Friendly, professional, with good communication and knowledgeable. The initial conversation involved asking whether we preferred any specific airlines or routes, and type/class of hotels or chains of hotels, which we do so it shows their flexibility when planning a multi city tour.
From the initial enquiry of getting a cost for flights, hotels, transfer, tours etc. we eventually only booked transfers and tours as being seasoned independent travellers we're confident in managing the rest. There was no quibble with this and pleased with the costs.
Recomend.

Relaxed and comfortable approach to discussing holiday requirements, great suggestions on timings and visits to ensure the trip is extra special.

Every time we have booked a holiday with Freedom Destinations we have experienced first class service. This time has been the same. Jazzmin has been brilliant, and very patiently coped with various alterations we made to the itinerary due to our changes of mind. Thank you.

My husband and I are planning a big trip, having used Freedom before we had confidence in contacting them again.
Megan was very knowledgeable and helped in the decision making process. All telephone and email communication was prompt and helpful.
Megan was very patient and offered informed suggestions, she made the whole process easy.
As it was a big trip we contacted another travel company who definitely fell short of expectations coming in at a higher price with an inferior trip.
Well done Freedom and special thanks to Megan for making the trip we had dreamed about a reality.

For what I wanted, it was very simple and extremely well executed by my appointed agent, Kate. I couldn't fault how she handled my requests and questions.
A first class service which is becoming a rarity these days!

Really helpful and caring service from knowledgeable staff

I have used Freedom Fedtonation before and returned because I had a very positive experience before.
I have not been disappointed this time. Your staff are extremely professional and pleasant and genuinely helpful and they make the process simple.

Telephone calls were answered quickly and dealt with in a friendly professional manner.
Courtney the lady who organised my holiday to Canada was extremely helpful throughout and gave me some good advice helping us decide the places we wanted to visit in Canada. Thank you Courtney for all your guidance & support in helping us book our trip to canada.

Always a pleasure to deal with this company. Given excellent suggestions for the trip and they are happy to customise. Used them on several occasions for our long haul trips and so far everything has gone very smoothly. Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and communication is efficient.

I stumbled on Freedom Destinations but wish i had found them years a go. Their understanding of what I wanted alongside great partner connections and knowledge of the destination made the whole booking process painless. I’ve never had a travel booking that has gone so smoothly and left me feeling totally reassured. A big shout out to Kate who has been fantastic
