Freedom Destinations Anmeldelser

Absolutely outstanding service! Due to circumstances completely beyond the airline’s control, my domestic Kenyan flight was significantly delayed and I was at serious risk of missing an international connection. The team went above and beyond to help, doing everything they could to make sure I reached my connection just in time. Their kindness, dedication and willingness to find a solution were truly exceptional. It’s easy to provide good service when everything goes smoothly, but this team really showed what great customer service means when things didn’t. Very grateful and highly recommended!

Having a single point of contact who was up to date on our planned trip to Canada was great. Freedom communicated really well, which is so important, they also included the extras we wanted whilst at the same time offering good advice.

I gave 4 companies the brief for our trip to New Zealand. Marie from Freedom came back with the most thorough suggestions tailored to our preferences. She then was able with personal experience improve on what we regarded as just what we wanted and enhanced what we hope will be a trip of a life time even more.

patience and understanding, no rush, good info to help make decisions

We have booked a Masai Mara safari and Mombasa beach holiday for February next year.
We found the whole process very easy thanks to help and advice received from Maritaha.
Looking forward to the holiday now.

Felt listened to and wishes understood. Kate worked tirelessly to meet our requirements and responded positively to feedback understanding the changes required. If the holiday is as good as the preparation we shall definitely use Freedom Destinations again. Saved us so much time and angst.

The holiday we booked was such an important 'Bucket list' holiday and Freedom Destinations planned the trip to perfection! From start to finish, experiences, transfers, places we stayed, it was all fabulous! So good that we returned and contacted them again to book another experience holiday for next year :-)

I've used your company before excellent & your Asia tour operator mei was fantastic very helpful with a pleasant personality which counts for a lot with my generation R A

Sara and Nancy was very helpful

This is the second time that I have used Freedom Destinations for that special holiday. I had been impressed with their courteous customised service previously and had no hesitation in using them again.
Our holiday quote was prepared speedily and discussed carefully with us over the phone. Once agreed and deposit paid, our supporting documents arrived readily. Fortunately the payments are spread over the period up to our holiday making the whole process more manageable. A first class service. We’ll use them again !

Thank you for organising our holiday to South Africa and sorting out our tickets for the cricket . Karen has been very good keeping us in the picture and sorting everything I could not of asked for more .

I have used freedom destinations for the past 6 years and they are always absolutely brilliant, they know through experience and have traveled to the destinations themselves so you always get a great holiday completely hassle free.

Second time I have used this company very professional .

The consultant I dealt with from the beginning Vicki went above and beyond for me whilst booking a Nasville/Memphis trip
I changed dates and hotels a few times and she had the patience of a saint until I was finally delighted with the itinery. Always on hand when I called always returned emails promptly and with the utmost proficiency
Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again 5*

I have booked with Freedom Destinations twice and each time they were very helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all of my queries and James has built a road trip for me and my friends to our exact requirements. I wouldn’t hesitate using them for all future trips

Excellent service

Our travel consultant Jadie was professional and knowledgable. After an initial discussion outlining our plans she was able to pull together an itinerary for New Zealand with lots of really good suggestions for us to consider and tinker with, two more conversations and we had the 6 week trip booked. Jadie took away the stress of trying to plan such a big trip ourselves. Happy to recommend.

Our second booking began with high expectations given our previous experience with the company, but the initial quote came back £4000 over our stated budget, suggesting our specifications hadn’t been fully considered. Although the agent later provided a corrected quote and clear timelines, the subsequent shift to large, short‑notice payments created unnecessary doubt. All interactions were polite, but the back‑and‑forth felt avoidable and these niggles ultimately marred what should have been a straightforward repeat booking. We are pleased the booking is now resolved and look forward to our vacation.

Alice was absolutely amazing.....she's a credit to your company.
