Freedom Destinations Anmeldelser

Great service. Very professional and knowledgeable. Answered all of our questions and met all of our travel needs.

James was super helpful booking our RV for our trip to Yellowstone next summer. He gave us all the information and possible variations (eg collection location, dates, sizes, companies, etc) and answered all manner of questions so we could be sure we were making the best decision for us. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 was that they can't make the RV site bookings for us.

Nancy and Sara put a good itinerary and accommodation package together for our trip. They listened well to my preferences and tailored the package accordingly. Looking forward to our trip in December.

This will be our fourth time using Freedom Destinations, always willing to accommodate any trip / vacation and are value for money and helpful with any advice / queries.

Although we are not travelling for over a year, we have been impressed with the personal service and help in building our Kenya itinerary. Karen has been very helpful and patient as we have worked through various options and has always kept us up to date with progress without hassling us.
We came across Freedom Destinations while doing an internet search for companies offering tailored trips to Kenya. Although pricing was of course a factor, we are always keen to support small independent companies.
Karen has made us feel like valued customers.
Thank you to all the team. We hope the trip now lives up to expectations.

Turn around was extremely rapid and answered our every need.

Great experience with sales team, came up with alternatives we’d not thought of. Would recommend

Megan was so knowledgeable and she was able to carry out our wishes in the most professional manner.

Very easy to book, and they took into consideration all of our requirements.

We cannot praise Sam and her team for putting together a brilliant trip. The Hotels were lst class, the rail journeys were exceptional the itinerary was just as we requested. Would highly recommend using Freedom

Our second time booking, excellent service to get us the right itinerary for our holiday.

Prompt answers to phone and queries.

The customer service has been excellent. Alice helped with planning and was able to pull together my holiday really quickly and efficiently with the reassurance that what I wanted to achieve would be enhanced by Alice's personal knowledge of the trip I wanted to book.

Excellent service and very helpful with changes to the itinerary. Sam was a great help and very knowledgeable.

Very friendly and professional service ,making the booking process easier

I had used the company before and had received fantastic service with meticulous travel planning

Holly was extremely helpful and accommodating with helping with our itinerary and making changes to ensure we came in on budge.

1st time using Freedom destinations and was very pleased. Abbie was a great help organising our trip to Australia. After several changes we finally got it booked xx
Looking forward to our trip in January 2028

What a brilliant company. I am so happy to have found a travel agent who listens carefully and then goes above and beyond to pull together a comprehensive package. I have booked a family holiday for 9 people to Kenya, to include a safari, a train journey and time at the beach. Maritha, their Africa specialist, has worked tirelessly to accommodate all the requirements for 9 people of varying ages. I cannot thank her enough, nothing has been too much trouble. I have every confidence that our trip next will meet all our expectations.

Wow, best experience ever booking through Freedom Destinations!
I was skeptical about going through a company to book my trip thinking the price would be horrendous, but I was pleasantly surprised. It was better value than booking myself and yet still high quality accommodation.

The whole experience was so easy. We did an initial 20 minute call to describe the destination and type of holiday. Within a day or so, we had a price and itinerary.
We then changed our mind about hiring an r.v and asked for a costing to consider a self-drive; this was no issue to do and completed within 24 hours.
The whole holiday was sorted within a week. It was quite amazing.
I couldn't have organised it myself (I had thought I could!).
Going through Freedom Destinations took away all the stress and hours of looking and booking accommodation.

We had 2 advisors, Sara and Nancy, who were just lovely, helpful and always cheerful. We could phone or email easily with quick responses.

I can't recommend the company more.
I will definitely book another holiday with them!
I cannot speak more highly of the company and service we've received.
