Spent hours grinding through level after level of Gardenscapes. Got all the way up to level 1534 in about 6 days. However after level 1000 my offers stopped crediting, I earned roughly £100 up to level 1000 but the offers for reaching level 750, 1250 and 1500 didn’t get credited. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE ??? Got paid out for reaching level 1000 but not for reaching level 750 ? I created tickets for all 3 and 2 have already been rejected as usual. Just waiting for the level 1500 ticket to be rejected even though for all 3 I provided additional evidence proving I’d completed the offers ! Joke of a site stay clear !

WELL, THAT IS THE SITUATION I HAVE BEEN DOE THE LAST 3 WEEKS. I'VE BEEN EXPLAINING AND EXPLAINING AND EXPLAINING...SO THESE TOSSERS DONT WANT TO UNDRSTAND SO BASICALLY THEY ARE MESSING ME UP. SO OBVIOUSLY I AM GOONG TO GIVE THEM THE LOWEST SCORE I CAN AND WISH THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES THE WORSE. I THINK THAT'S MORE THAN FAIR. THEY MESS UP WITH ME DESPITE THE EVIDENCE, IT'S ONLY NATURAL I WISH THEM THE WORSE.

Meine Bewertung von Freecash und meine Erfahrung mit bezahlten Spielen:

1. Wichtige Warnung:
Wenn Sie in einem Land leben, das den Dollar nicht als Hauptwährung verwendet, wie z. B. Deutschland, rate ich dringend davon ab, Spiele auf dieser Plattform auszuprobieren. Währungsumrechnungen können zu größeren Verlusten führen, als Sie erwarten.

2. Einnahmen und Verluste:
Innerhalb von anderthalb Monaten habe ich durch die Spiele 1.100 € verdient. Leider habe ich insgesamt etwa 1.000 € ausgegeben, da einige Spiele dazu führten, dass ich mehr verlor, als ich einnahm, während andere nur sehr kleine Gewinne brachten.

3. Erfahrung mit dem Kundenservice:
Meine letzte Transaktion über 132 € ist nie bei mir angekommen. Ich habe den Support über zwei Stunden lang kontaktiert, aber sie konnten mir keine Lösung anbieten und nur eine Entschuldigung aussprechen.

4. Kostenlose Erfahrung:
Wenn Sie die Spiele ausprobieren, ohne Geld auszugeben, können Sie maximal etwa 25 € bei mehr als 10 Spielen verdienen. Diese geringe Summe deckt jedoch nicht einmal die Kosten für das Aufladen Ihres Telefons oder die investierte Zeit.

5. Erstellen eines neuen Kontos:
Nach meinem erheblichen Verlust habe ich ein neues Konto erstellt und zusätzlich 180 € ausgegeben, um zu versuchen, meine Verluste auszugleichen. Leider wurde das neue Konto gesperrt, da angeblich gegen die Nutzungsbedingungen verstoßen wurde. Das bedeutet, dass ich insgesamt etwa 300 € verloren habe, zusammen mit zwei Monaten Arbeit, schlaflosen Nächten und dem Aufladen meines Telefons drei Mal am Tag.

6. Spielmechanik und Rentabilität:
Die auf der Plattform angebotenen Spiele basieren rein auf Glück. Ihre Chancen, etwas zu verdienen, hängen vollständig vom Zufall ab, und am Ende riskieren Sie, Ihr Geld und Ihre Zeit zu verlieren.

7. Mein Fazit:
Leider wirken die Angebote der Plattform zunächst verlockend, aber letztendlich drängen sie Sie dazu, mehr auszugeben. Meine Erfahrung war ein großer finanzieller Verlust und eine Verschwendung von Zeit. Basierend auf meiner persönlichen Erfahrung halte ich diese Plattform für unzuverlässig und ausbeuterisch.

Ils ont bloqué mon compte. Je ne peux pas retirer mon argent. J'ai fait la demande de déblocage .ils disent que l'on peut le débloquer en envoyant une photo de ma pièce d'identité. Mais quand je veux le faire. C'est écrit ''votre compte est gelé, contacter nous''. Et le pire, c'est que dans leurs réponses, ils écrivent que l'on peut continuer de jouer, mais que l'on ne peut pas retirer l'argent ????? J'aimerais bien que l'on me réponde....

The game offers look tough but somewhat reasonable at first. But then after you put in countless hours to achieve your first goal and cash out, they will lower your “reward multiplier” so that you are only able to get 10% of what you were originally working towards. The only way that it seems you can increase the reward multiplier is by spending money within the games. Also, half of my offers stopped updating and their support told me to just give up on those, even though I had achieved goals of $10 or more.

It's a honest app, I wish it didn't so long to get $20 before you can cash out.

Customer service and support is bogus had proof of all the games I completed and they reject every single screenshot I send them at first I was getting paid good then boom nothing won't accept my screenshots now and they are just so frustrated at them this is bogus very frustrating when I spend so much time and money into these games for them to not pay me

banning account for no reason i have earned 200 points in a week they asked for verification i completed it and they still banned my account F$%^ losers cant even face my replies simply stopped providing me customer service now they are FAKE

Was working good at first but seems the more you do they decide to stop paying I completed a goal and they didn't pay when I contacted support they gave me a huge run around never explaining why they weren't paying me.
I have screen shots of their poor excuse of customer support but don't see a way to upload them

This is a total scam...
At first you start an offer for a game and they pay you for the first scores and as the difficulty increases they make you update the game with errors and you cannot continue completing the offers.

Application disgust.

Turned out to be a time suck. Like most of these sites, it takes too long to be qualified for a survey. And more time to get your award than most sites.

You complete offers but they make you wait 5 to 7 days before you get it. Half of my offers don't even show up. Waste of time.
