this site does not update its surveys, does not qualify for decent surveys and when i finally made enough for withdraw, new drama started in the name of verification. nobody should work here, money gets stuck and unclaimable

Bunch of kids just making money off people and the customer support is a joke the find ways to just write you off and their is nothing you can do about it it's pretty upsetting they give you a couple bucks then you put money into the apps and they take and shut you down

Freecash has ripped me off $1,000 by playing the Backspin app. Upon completion of 800 cash games, it should have paid $450, and upon completion of 1,000 cash games, it should have paid an additional $550. After I completed 800 games and did not get credit, I created a ticket with screenshots of OVER 800 games played, proof of deposits I made in the app and got a rejection within 10 minutes. No reason why, just rejected. I reached out to support and they “escalated” to the review team and asked that I provide more proof. So I then reached out to customer support on Backspin and had them send me an email in writing how many cash games I had played and uploaded they to support. It was rejected again and they said the matter was closed and they could not give me a reason. I spent good money on that game making purchases to reach the goal sooner and now I am out all of that money, plus the $1,000 that freecash.com owes me. TOTAL FRAUD!!!

The website is good to make money and do cash out, however i started to dislike it day by day because they keep updating my account and i dont have any high surveys like i used to (majority of them 98% i was ineligible for whatever reason). The biggest failback is that I can not cash out on crypto ALL of my cash and it cashes out $3-5 it self. Before the update/ bug id say, my account was showinh surveys in USD, now it shows swedish. AND I CANT CASH OUT ON CRYPTO all of my money except $3-4 at a time so im paying fees everytime. Before, i could have cashed out all of my money to crypto and had been doing it for the past 4-6months. But since the last two weeks i cant. I contacted support and all of them kept saying it is like that now. So they were no help to me. Kinds pathetic support id say. If anyone can cash out all to crypto, help me out please. FREECASH is stealing g the high paying surveys money and telling people they were disqualified even after the survey provider tells you thank you for completing the survey you have been paid. The support will nor respond to you only their chatbot no email or anything to help you just take the money and completly ignore you and they will respond to these reviews and tell you to email them but you never hear anything. You definetly never get the money. If there was just one of these sites that was honest and paid people like they should be it would have more people completing tasks there then all these sites combined Freecash didnt used to be like this but they sure are now got me for $7.00 today so sad!!!

Scammers.I played games and expected to get compensation. Instead, I got the run around. They used Tango to handle the reward cards. They claimed to use PayPal but PayPal didn't have any record of any transactions.

Un sitio que recurre a estas prácticas, sin transparencia ni base legal clara, deja de ser fiable.

I have been playing for a while now using this app and several others to make money,and so far I haven't had any trouble at all with this one and I have cashed out few times now,

voll der betrug, man spielt wochenlang den ganzen tag um 1 € zu verdienen, größere belohnungen sind unmöglich zu erreichen weil das zeitlimit etxra so gemacht ist dass man das nicht schaffen kann ,oft ist das zeitlimit auch noch unsichtbar oder man muss vorher was zum doppelten preis kaufen wo man dann eher von einem rabatt sprechen kann als von einer belohnung. und für umfragen bekommt man nur spielmünzen. so reich wie sie es in der werbung sagen wird man davon nicht man verschwendet nur zeit, sogar ein leidenschaftlicher gamer kann hier den spaß verlieren

Guten Tag. Ich vergebe 1 Stern, weil ich ehrlich enttäuscht und wütend bin.

Der Support ist schlichtweg katastrophal. Ich habe ein Angebot im Wert von 70 $ abgeschlossen – konkret: 40.000 Trophäen in Match Masters erreicht, mit Screenshot als Beweis. Doch anstatt meine wohlverdiente Auszahlung zu erhalten, wurde ich 15 Tage ignoriert. Keine Antwort, keine Zwischenmeldung – nichts.

Dann, wie aus dem Nichts, wird mein Ticket einfach abgelehnt, mit der Begründung, dass angeblich etwas fehlen würde. Das ist lächerlich. Ich habe die Bedingungen erfüllt, alles dokumentiert. Trotzdem: keine Auszahlung, kein Verständnis, kein Entgegenkommen.

Ich habe das Spiel nur wegen der Belohnung gespielt. Jetzt war der ganze Aufwand für nichts. Es fühlt sich an wie Abzocke.

Und ich bin nicht allein: Andere Nutzer berichten, dass höhere Summen plötzlich „nicht mehr getrackt“ werden. Das wirkt für mich nicht wie Zufall, sondern wie System.

Mein Fazit: Für mich ist das entweder Betrug oder extreme Inkompetenz. Der Support schweigt, die Auszahlung bleibt aus – und das Vertrauen ist weg.

Das ist so ein betrug!!!! Man spielt wochenlang den ganzen tag für wenige euro,was sich fast nicht lohnt und wenn man dabei ist eine größere Belohnungen abzustauben ist sie plötzlich abgelaufen oder ungültig und die ganze arbeit war umsonst. Man kann auch Geld investieren um dann weniger Geld als Belohnung zurückzubekommen. Nix als Betrug und zeitverschwendung. Und ganz am ende bekommt man gar nix weil es unmöglich den kleinen Betrag für die Erstauszahlung zu erreichen. Auf Beschwerden wird auch nicht reagiert.

Leider gab es immer Probleme bei der Auszahlung. Eingeloggte Tage sowie Käufe wurden nicht angenommen und gewertet. Als ich bei Level 38 angekommen bin hieß es das weitere Level nicht gewertet werden weil die Zeit abgelaufen ist. Einige Aufgaben sind nur zu erreichen wenn man viel Geld ausgibt, das steht in keiner Realität gegenüber den Einnahmen.

Freecash is a legit site, but they have a lot of problems. I just closed my account with them last week. Main issues I have encountered:
-Completing games as instructed, but still not get paid. It mainly happens on games that will pay you to play for 30 days or 40 days or whatever. You don't have to win anything, you just have to open the game and play. They withheld $28 last week from me for two games I completed exactly in the time frame required, and all they say was "No you didn't." Customers don't have any leverage at all. It's their way or nothing.
-Finishing surveys and not getting paid. I have sent messages to them before about this, but they just tell me I have to send screen shots of the survey. But by the time I finish the survey, there are not any screenshots that identify which survey it is.
-Their site does not work with a VPN, which is very irritating. All the other survey sites I use don't have that problem.
-I have opened cases with them to try and clear some of these matters up, and it takes them 2 weeks + to respond. I have never received a positive response. It's always something I have done wrong, not them.

Overall they have lost my trust and I will not be back. Just trying to warn everyone I can to stay away.

A decent site with high paying offers, but their support makes them terrible. It's a site I would try every now and then, but if something doesn't track, don't expect them to accept your screenshots even if it's undeniable proof. They will almost always deny them. I would only do offers that are normal, not super time limited, since they seem to be the only ones that actually pay. Don't waste your time on anything else.
