I will pay, after delaying for as long as possible, the £108 they claim we owe them for providing 'incorrect information', but only so that we don't incur further fees. My previous review here was removed, no doubt at the insistence of this disgusting scam outfit, so I will reiterate that if anyone from this company ever rings you, tell them to 'go away', using whatever form or words suit you best. Yes, I will pay, to save my family further expense,but as a published writer with many social media followers, I will make sure as many people as possible know the nature of this organisation. How do their employees sleep at night?

Judges demand got in touch for a payment not to help me & yes my data has been shared and I will be going straight to the ombudsman & I don't want to be contacted by conning merchants so please stay away from this company

Appalling company to deal with. All started to claim back tax a couple of years ago, to which I received about £40 so wasn't worth the time anyway. They contacted me to do another tax return so I advised to go ahead, they then started to request P60's etc that i was unable to get my hands on. Then they decided that because i couldn't get my p60 from the year they requested that they would send me a bill for £72.00 so i made a complaint, this obviously come back in their favour as it was always going to as they just try to get money out of people for no reason. They have now decided I owe them over £100. So i am referring this to the ombudsman - I can see there are lots of bad reviews on here so my advice to everyone is to take them to the ombudsman, they will have a charge from the ombudsman for every complaint they receive. i will continue to leave this review everywhere i can so that people have the right info before ever deciding to use your company.

I received an invoice and a late payment penalty as my marriage tax allowance was rejected by HMRC. At no time was I informed that I would be invoiced if unsuccessful. Their terms state you may be charged if you misled them. I have requested all of the taped telephone conversations and exchanged information under GDPR. I fail to see how I or my wife had misled this company, we merely gave them information that was correct to the best of our knowledge so they could go on a fishing expedition. Their business model ensures that they win either way and if you cause them any issues I have it on good authority the debt is sold to a third party. I have had to instruct my solicitor to deal with this outfit!

Terrible company, stay away. Called me to claim tax back heard nothing from them then get an invoice for for not adhering to there terms and conditions.

DON'T use this company these are scammer they get you to sign up to get ppi tax refund on a no win no fee but when they can't get any money they give you a invoice

Have just recieved a demand for monies from my late wifes estate, I cant really understand why they have requested money. They dont appear to have done much and I certainly havent recived any other paperwork to explain there £378 bill. No one will talk to me on the phone and all I really want is a breakdown on how a no win no fee website or cold call has led to a £378 bill which has now been handed to a debt recovery agency with no correcpondnce to me but at least now they accept shes dead.(they put it on the letter). May they all find their speacial place in heaven.

This is a genuine reflection on my experience and it would appear others have had similar experiences as I’m not the only one to have had the undesirable pleasure of these cowboys doing nothing but paper-pushing and then them demanding I pay for zero service despite me trying to locate a ‘settlement letter’ from my previous bank I did all that was asked and then they had the audacity to demand money of me for me doing the groundwork when all they did was what exactly?? Absolutely nothing apart from harassing me with threatening emails demanding money for a service from them which they had not provided! The head of operations has the cheek to say they had reduced the invoice as a gesture of good will! When prior to me ringing they had admitted on the phone an error had been made and that it would be sorted lies on top of lies!

This company is a complete fraud, avoid at all costs all the reviews posted about claiming money for services never provided or information never received is correct, they prey on the elderly or vulnerable and people's information are being sold to them, against GDPR rules. Company needs to be shut down and the ombudsman will be knocking shortly.

Then they constantly harass, bully and demand payment. Payment for what? I was told its in the fine print that if you don't send the forms back they can charge you. Daylight robbery. NOW they have passed my details onto a debt collector called Judges Demand - its now £459 from £85!!!!! - For not signing a form and selling on the debt now? I will happily take this to a solicitor to expose this shameful operation. I hope the people that work there understand exactly the part they play in making peoples lives a misery especially when finances are so tight with the cost of living and mortgages going up. Im a single parent and what they are doing is criminal and exploitive. No win no fee my BUTT.

They are harassing, bullying and using scare tactics to force people to part with money they don't have in the 1st place. I am reporting them to every possible organisation possible. How can they justify because I didn't send a form back that they can now charge me? Have billed me £240 for not having a document from 7 years ago, claimed the ppi tax claim failing was my fault clearly not. very un-ethical company indeed, i have no money and will have to get sent to court now for a ccj just to pay their extremely unfair bill. another example of wealthy experts in law exploiting poor people who was lured in by a hope of getting a few quid back.

They saying i owe nearly £400 for claiming marraiage tax when i never even been married and the person on the form with me obviously dont exist im on benefits and there getting absolutely nothing for something thats nothing at all to do with me. I owe another company money from a phone contract they get £1 a month thats all they was allowed to take off me and that doesnt finish until im in my 80s i live with my mum and nothings mine here so theres literally nothing they can do for something nothing at all to do with me go after the other person who obviously applied

I received a call from someone at Fredrick Edwards about the possibility of claiming back tax paid on previous PPI payouts. The team member was polite and said it was worth a shot.

I asked on this and the occasions that I have spoken to them if this was definitely a 'no win no fee' situation and the answer every time was 'Yes'.

I have just paid my fee despite there being no payout. When they tried to claim, there was a small question mark over my self assessment form and they agreed for me to wait for HMRC for proof I didn't need to submit one. This complication, delays from HMRC, combined with me not responding to the notification threatening to close the case and submit an invoice is also to blame.

I tried calling back a few times through different days but no answer. They also don't open Friday which makes things harder for working people.

My wife had no tax hiccup and did receive a small amount back.

I received an invoice for roughly £75 with a time limit to pay, this then went up to £108 which I have paid because I suspect all the legal parts of the business model have been sewn together well before they picked up the phone that day. I also didn't want to be in a situation of needing to pay more to them for nothing.

Be careful what you sign. This is not a 'no win no fee' situation.

Everything went wrong with Frederick Edwards. I’ve put in a marriage tax allowance claim. I received notification from the HMRC that they would be paying a refund for the past three years I received the money and promptly paid, Frederick, Edwards their fee. My husband is self-employed and completed his tax return, only to find out that the small amount of money he was due, couldn’t be paid to him and would need to be claimed through Frederick Edwards as they were acting on his behalf. Not once did anyone tell us that Frederick Edwards were my husbands agents, this is absolutely disgusting. I have written to the HMRC to tell them Frederick Edwards are not acting agents for my husband. My husband has heard again from the HMRC at Frederick. Edwards are still the agents
I have just spoken to Frederick Edwards again and have been told we need to send the same letter we sent to HMRC to them for this issue to be cleared up. How dare you Frederick Edwards, you are nothing to do with our HMRC tax accounts. My husband and I are furious.
Furthermore, prior to this, I had a small tax claim which was dealt with by Frederick Edwards, it was very small and I was told I would be receiving some money. The money was sent straight to Frederick Edwards and I received absolutely nothing. So I do believe That this company rob people of their hard earned money

Gave my details to get some tax back on a PPI claim. It took a while for HMRC to send a message saying my information didn’t match, but I rang and spoke to Stacy a few weeks ago and gave my correct details (my own fault as I mixed some numbers up when I originally gave the information to Fredrick Edwards) who then went back to HMRC.

The payment was sent to me, so I rang today and arranged to pay my fees. Would recommend this company to anybody who wants a seamless service with support every step of the way.
