UPDATE JULY 26

While I have not received the order yet, the communication from the company has improved, the owner reached out to me and apologized, provided additional helpful and clarifying information, and advised the ads would be revised to make clear the delay between order and ship date, which I've now seen has been changed on their recent ads.

will post an update once product is received and amend my review and the star rating at that time depending on the product quality and the efforts the company has made to rectify the situation to date

UPDATE JULY 2020

After posting the review and emailing my complaints the company did reach out and apologized for the miscommunication regarding delivery being 3 months after my purchase and correcting their website to reflect a late August delivery, a notice that had not appeared previously. at this time I'm still unaware when I am going to receive my purchase other than late August at the latest, and while disappointing at least they communicated and apologized.

This company is a complete scam, they take your money, God knows when or if you'll ever receive a product you paid for, and you definitely will never reach customer service.

I bought my almost $2000 purchase a few days ago, I was told it would be shipped within 1 to 2 days, I never received any email confirming the order was being processed, no shipping information, and no response to numerous emails to customer service.

On online sites not infiltrated by bots my experience is shared it appears by just about everyone.

Buyer beware, this is a sketchy company.

Freak Athlete was very helpful when we initially inquired about a possible equipment purchase. They were very responsive to the questions I had, and they made the ordering and purchase processes seamless. I would highly recommend this company's outstanding customer service and high-quality equipment to other businesses and fire departments.

Great customer service

Customer service correct an error right away and kept me informed every step of the way. mistakes do happen, but it shows the type of brand you are with how it's dealth with.

I purchased an ABX Bench and then it went on sale for Father's Day. After inquiring whether I could get the sale price, I was pleasantly surprised with an email from a team member telling me I absolutely would get $100 credited to my account. Awesome customer service - they didn't have to do that, but they did. Bob S.

Fast and friendly customer service!

Customer service is top notch. Fast response time to my email with clear information about my machine. I’m really enjoying my experience with Freak Athlete.

Product is amazing and their support is even better. After owning the Hyper Pro for over a year I ran into an issue which, when I contacted support, were quick in their response and resolved the issue swiftly. Will come back for other products just based on the level of support I’ve received. Thank you

Great company. Great product. Excellent customer service.

A part was broken in transit and also something was missing. That wasn’t a great start but when i followed up with them they sorted it out for me quickly.

Really enjoying to Hyper Pro. Had an issue that I caused with the Nordic Pad when I opened the box it came in. FA responded right away and shipped me another. I think this equipment was the missing piece in my home gym.

Ordered two items. Both boxes had been opened, parts taken out, and resealed before getting sent to me. One box was the wrong item entirely. Wrote email to support 5 days ago, they haven't gotten back to me. Seems like a scam, and won't be going anywhere near their new items until they can find a reliable distribution partner in Australia.

There was some damage to one of the pads during shipping. They immediately replied to my email and got me a replacement pad ASAP. Great communication throughout.

The Hyper pro is a great machine for the price, but has begun rusting in a critical place after only a few years. I have been trying to contact customer service several times regarding the issue during the last 6 months, but no response. But I do get a lot of advertisement emails regarding their new products. However given this level of customer service, I can't recommend purchasing more products from Freak Athlete.

Great customer service
