Every time I have called the company, they are always polite and professional. They always listen to what I have to say and are so helpful in getting my issues resolved to my satisfaction. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs help with any financial issues.

I was drowning in credit card debt. I called Franklin legal group. The representative told me that they worked with my creditors before and that we were paying over a $1000.000 a month in payments. That he could help us pay far less a month. The amount was $653.00 a month he said. About six months into the program,..we learned that all the large debts were never settled and so we called. They said they needed more money. We said no. That that was the whole point of hiring them. Later we got court papers,..it turned out that they never contacted the alrgest debtor. So we ended up having to do a video courtroom and had to pay $140.00 on tow different bills. That totaled $280. Next thing we know about a month later, we receive yet another large bill. Again, Franklin legal group never once told us that these bills were not being settled so the interest rates and the added interrest upon interest was added thousands,. and then we learned that there is a settlement fee. another thousand to them. Long story short, we are paying more a month now than when we called them for help and they never replied with a solution. My husband had to figure out the lesser time span of payments to them as over $13,000.00 was now not ont he total of creditors amount as they once quoted. I regret ever calling them for help. I should have called the creditors myself. Should have asked them to shut down the credit card and made arrangements for no more interest and payments that were affordable. People can do this themselves I learned. So they got 28% of the total plus if they settled, pls they get a fee for that which was not once mentioned in our converstaion! So they only hurt a family already hurting by credit debt. I learned that the court are more merciful than the Franklin legal group is and I regret calling them to help me because in the long run they added to my debt. because they never negotiated a settlement with the largest debts and caused thousands to be added on the largest debts in interest on our debt. I am more than disappointed and learned never to trust my debts to anyone and call the creditor myself and negotiate. It cost me another bill asking Franklin Legal group to help. We pay more now than when we were paying our debts our selves . Be smart. Call the creditors yourself, explain the situation and make a deal with them so you can end the debt not prolong it and add to it by trusting any business to do it for you. They promise many things, leave many fees out in the conversation and you end up with yet another debt. Franklin legal group never once told me that there was a fee to settle or that they do not tell you when they are not able to settle with the largest of debts making thousands more in interest added to the debt. I regret calling Franklin legal group. My advice to all people suffering with debt,..call and let the creditor know they reason you are having a hard time and that you need to close the account and stop the interest so you can pay the debt. Trust yourself and don't be stupid like I was.

Franklin Legal Group really went to bat for me. When I first signed up with them, I was getting threats from creditors and I just couldn't even sleep at night. I am now resting easily at night because I know I'm in good hands! The phone calls have stopped, there are agreements in place and my life is getting better every day. Also, I don't know what that other person is talking about but I see they are A Rated and I would give them an A+! Thank you FLG for the peace of mind you have given me!

Franklin Legal Group has been very easy to work with. I had creditors constantly calling and harassing me. Some even threatened to sue me!! I was dealing with so much stress that I had trouble sleeping at night! Franklin has been very understanding and helpful and it was super easy to get started!!!
