Terrible service and badly managed
Waited more than a year for one of my orders from this store and then it was sent to the wrong location. Zero help from the store in recovering the book or reimbursing me.

One of my favorite online Comic Stores
Two years ago, after having a falling out with one of my local comic shops, I started ordering from Frankie's and have never had a problem. Shipping is always secure and timely. They seem to really care about their customers and even offer free shipping and early access to Facebook group members. Big fan of this shop and hopefully I can see it in person one day.

Good deals time to time but lot of delays on shipment
They offer great deals time to time. Great customer service. I would love to give 5 stars but the fact that their shipping department got hit with Covid has delayed a lot of shipments. I have been waiting months for some of my orders of books that has been out for quite some time now. I’m hesitant to order from them until they can get back their full staff in shipping department.

SDCC
SDCC: Really exciting to see Rose Besch and Ivan Tao. Both artist and the people working with them were the nicest to me. Having signings and pictures from and with them was awesome.
Online order: even though I haven’t reviewed my books, website was easy to use and the books are on there way. Really nice to know the turnaround time from order to shop was quick. Extremely acceptable. Extremely happy.

Recent raw books had color breaks on…
Recent raw books had color breaks on the spine, graded book came in a 9.6, and multiple orders over a year outstanding even raw orders from earlier in the year.

Great Comic Shop
Frankie’s has always been a great place to order comics from because I can use Klarna. It’s one of the only shop that offers this way to buy. Getting them in the mail can take a awhile but I’ve always received what I ordered.
