Frankie's Comics Anmeldelser 64

Ordered books back in April that released in May. I inquired and was told they were waiting to ship together with another order. Inquired over a month later when all books were available, did not receive a response. Requested cancellation over a week ago on all orders, still no cancellation. Frankie’s has gone downhill since joining Whatnot. They ship Whatnot orders as a priority, while website sales are often shipped months after release. It’s a shame, they used to be a great shop.

I love this site I come here all the time & order alot of comics. But they are anywhere from 2-4 months away from release before they ship. The packaging is fantastic. Like I said great packaging and customer service but the shipping needs real work.

Always had good experience even when I had damaged comics they are quick to reply and replace them if they could

I paid for a remark and didn’t get a remark

Instead I got a 9.6 signature

No remark

It’s a bummer to get any 9.6 (it’s a clear risk) but to pay for a remark and only get a low grade signature is a different issue

I feel a little ripped off right now

The shipping was a little slower than I am used to but I eventually got the comic that I ordered and it is in perfect condition. I am very happy with my purchase.

I've ordered a few book from your site and have always gotten them in a timely manner. They have all been well packaged and protected from being damaged during transit in the mail.

I currently have five unfulfilled orders. Four of those are from June. The last two orders that I received, I had to email and inquire as to why I was waiting for so long before they were eventually fulfilled. I'll most likely stop giving my business to Frankie's once my 5 books show up. Waiting months for books that are already out is not something I'm interested in doing anymore.

Always friendly, keeps you informed of any delays/issues with the order. Great comics! I’ve placed many orders with Frankie’s and each one was a great experience. I plan on buying many more comics from them!

Great comic store. They always have the best exclusives and great pricing. I have ordered hundreds of comics from them with no issues.

I placed my order on July 19. I have gotten several emails requesting a review. However, my item has still not shipped, so I cannot give an accurate review. We are approaching 3 weeks after I placed my order (current date is Aug 7) and the shipping label has not even been created.
I wish I could cancel my order, because I found the same exact thing on another site for the same price, and if my card hadn't already been charged, I would have bought it from them and received it by now. Heck, I wish I could cancel the order because they were at the last convention I went to (C2E2) and I probably could have gotten it there too but not at the same price. I did not bother looking at their selection as I am very unhappy with the service and will not be continuing to shop here. Other sites/stores do it faster for the same price.
