Mark for Father’s Day ? Nightmare never again Very very poor, waitress was lovely obviously under pressure as it was busy. Other waitress gave us our food no cutlery no condiments not asked if the food was ok not able to order additional drinks. The food was very very poor chicken halloumi had no taste and chicken was dry as the desert. Husbands meal had about 10 Chips and 2 onion rings disgraceful 70 spent never going back avoid

We ate at Frank and Bennys today and will not go back. We had the lasagna and it tasted like it was a frozen meal. We were the only customers in the restaurant and waited about 20 minutes for our check then had to go get someone. We had a discount card “Blue Card” which they accept so we have it to the waitress, came back stating they changed our ticket from the smaller portion lunch to the mail meal, (this was after we had finished our smaller portion) and that we only saved 4p instead of over 6 pounds.

Frankie and Benny’s Luton Airport had the Eggs Benedict , perfectly cooked eggs, served fresh and hot. Pleasant staff Celia Highly recommended

Ordered a Mac‘cheese and after two bites we found a hair in it. We had also ordered a dirty dog and it was stone cold. They took it away and gave us a new one but ruined the whole experience. They took forever to make the food and it wasn’t good.

Fly in food, tasted worse than a microwave meal and service with no smile whatsoever

We have visited Trentham’s Frankie and Bennys in North Staffordshire fairly regularly since opening and have never had a bad experience. The waiting on staff are all very pleasant and the chefs are good. Yesterday we were served by the lovely Magda who had time to have a word with all the customers despite being so busy. Last time she served us I managed to knock my drink over and break the glass but she calmly moved us to another table, replaced the drink and quietly sorted out the mess. The recent reintroduction of the noughties nostalgia menu seems a good idea and I would thoroughly recommend the New Yorker calzone that I had yesterday.

Whats happened to Frankie and Bennys Westwood Cross shopping center Broadstairs, in kent, WOW finally a restaurant that actually has worked out food served hot is better than leaving under the kitchen lights. Cook it serve it let client eat it hot, finally chips crispy on outside soft on inside, melt in your mouth ribs, falling of the bone smothered in great tasting barbecue sauce, corn on the cob hot and smothered in butter.Heaven on a plate.

Had a meal at the restaurant at Wembley stadium. Service by staff was excellent. Food was sadly not. BBQ chicken burger was tough, tasteless and minuscule. Chips very average. Not a cheap meal but incredibly poor. First time visit to an F&B. And, the last.

Went for lunch today at the Giltbrook, Nottingham Branch. They added a 30% (no that's not a typo) service charge to the bill. Desperate, dying brand. That's my last meal for sure.

I can’t believe how bad this place is now. Me and my friends with there child went here yesturday it was soo bad and disgusting, my daughter who has autism autism really wanted a steak from the kids menu she only eats it med rare, they brought out her steak and I could barely cut through it it was so over cooked, they said they can’t do it for kids as against there policy I said thats a joke as if I order an adults she could eat it they said yes, then to top it off we found a long hair in our chips, the food was horriable and no taste to it. The only thing was I really felt sorry for our waitress as she was really nice. We went to the Romford one stay away from there it’s terrible.

What was once a cool/great restaurant has now become stale, and so is the food. Haven’t been for over a year but decided to go with my wife tonight,, firstly the atmosphere is dead, gone is the fantastic Italian music that made this restaurant a happy and enjoyable experience, to be replaced by modern boom boom garbage, worst was to come……..ordered bbq chicken pizza and halumi and chicken burger, the pizza topping of chicken was straight out of a freezer bag, cubes of pre cut pre cooked cheap tasteless meat, the halumi and chicken burger was unimaginably worse.. you could spend your entire day looking for the halumi and not find anything bigger than a cm2, the chicken looked, tasted and felt like it was cooked a day ago,

An altogether disastrous made dinner, an event that will never be repeated nor remembered.

If it ain’t broken, don’t fix it.

First time in years going to Frankie & Bennys, use to love the food and atmosphere. However have to say how disappointed we were when we went to the Highcross Leicester restaurant. Had pepperoni pizza and a burger, the pizza was no better than one from a supermarket and the burger was average.
It all felt like a business in decline and my issue was not with the individual restaurant but F&B as a whole. Won't be going to a F&B again, overpriced and underwhelming.

Amazing experience at Taplow.We went to celebrate our son’s birthday. Served by Jack and he was fabulous and super kind . Food was quick and delicious xxx

I had an issue with an order and it was handled very promptly by the Manager Sharon in your belfast boucher crescent restaurant, thanks Sharon for all your help.

I went to the F&B at Cribbs causeway, Bristol with my 10yr old son. I had a mac and cheese main and he had a pepperoni pizza. My meal was not even the portion of a starter and was dry and very little cheese. My sons pizza was something I could have bought in a supermarket freezer dept. I had a pint of bud. And he had a small coke. Cost £34. I left feeling hungry and ripped off. Will never return.

Not impressed, the menu used to be so much better and so did the service went to lunch Sunday 9th April with my family, menu has half the stuff it used to and the server didn’t offer an activity pack for my 3 year old, after asking her twice she responded with oh we. couldn’t find one? even though the 2 kids next to us has one each, she wasn’t impressed, kids meal is over priced just overall not good experience we won’t be going back
