Not impressed, the menu used to be so much better and so did the service went to lunch Sunday 9th April with my family, menu has half the stuff it used to and the server didn’t offer an activity pack for my 3 year old, after asking her twice she responded with oh we. couldn’t find one? even though the 2 kids next to us has one each, she wasn’t impressed, kids meal is over priced just overall not good experience we won’t be going back

Hi, I’ve had the worst experience at the Frankie and Benny’s in Belfast. Usually I take my girlfriend here for her birthday as we both like it. But this time is was terrible. Completely ruined her birthday meal. The food was cold (main and starter) and we had extremely long waits in between courses. Our waiter was so ignorant when I asked him for Parmesan for my girlfriends bolognese he abruptly said yes no problem as I was saying it. I knew he either didn’t care or didn’t hear me because right after I watched him go over to a cupboard grab his phone and go on break. We didn’t get our desserts until over 30 minutes after the mains. The over all attitude of the waiters/waitresses in the restaurant was terrible talking loudly and clearly about guests they were serving. Terrible terrible experience in a restaurant that usually has friendly good service. I paid 60.90 for terrible service and cold food. This isn’t on. A special day ruined because of your staffs lack of customer centric attitude. I want a refund or I won’t be back ever again.

Had Frankie & Benny's for the first time with my husband and son as I've always wanted to try out their food. Went in and ordered a Pizza with chicken as an extra topping for myself. Not only did the food take forever to come out, the pizza was VERY bland!! And barely any chicken, if I had to compare their pizza to a good fellas chicken pizza. I would choose the goodfellas 100%. That pizza was the worst I ever had. Cost around £10/11 I believe where as goodfellas is £3 roughly for the chicken pizza. I had to ask for some BBQ sauce just to cover the pizza so I could manage it. Waste of money, the miserable bits of chicken they had on it not even worth a pound.

I ordered a side of chips, they were just plain as well, very cheap tasting like the pizza.

My husband ordered a burger and garlic bread, the burger was awful very disappointed, chip shops do better burgers.
The Garlic bread however we both really enjoyed it's the only thing on the menu we actually liked.

My son had a kids meal, nuggets and chips. Pretty expensive for what he got but could be worse I suppose.

My husband had a milkshake, very expensive and was disgusting. You're better off buying McDonald's milkshakes! Cheaper and much nicer and thicker.

My husband's food came with a pudding, chocolate brownie with cream. Surprise surprise, bland and awful again. For the 3 of us it cost around £50. Never have I been so disappointed in my life with their food, and the price is shocking as well.

The staff were lovely, I couldn't complain about them. And the garlic bread was the only good things in there. Obviously I havnt tried their whole menu but honestly after that first experience and the price I will never be back and Frankie's & Benny's! This was the one in Belfast, I'm not sure if they're all like that though.

Went today to the Praed St F&B at approx 3.15pm today 2nd April to be told they had no eggs, no mushrooms, no rotisserie chicken and only 2 steaks left and anything else would take longer to arrive as issues with the kitchen. This is a real shame as 2nd time in 2 months where we have been let down, last month it was issues with the kitchen. Feel sorry for wait staff as they are trying their best and it is a really nice place, comfortable and friendly. Come on buyers, busy place needs stock, dont know how many disappointed customers you had today. At least the fish n chips is great.

I had most definitely the worst meal I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my lifetime at the Falkirk Frankie and benny’s. I ordered the arrabbiata and what I received was pathetic. I wouldn’t feed it to my 2 or 5 year old. It tasted like water and they couldn’t even cook the pasta properly. To be fair they asked what was wrong with it and gave me half the price of the meal back. The fact it was served to me was bad enough though. Disappointed.

I had a burger, it was burger van quality.
Why the heck dont they use better ingredients? Their burgers are dense and tasteless.
Cook the things in house! Mince, salt and pepper, Squash into a ball, put on a hotplate and squash into shape! Its easy! Your markup is ridiculous for below average food. No wonder you have very few customers.

We went to the frankie and bennys in Paddington for my sons 21st and it was just a terrible experience all over, 7 meals came within ten mins of ordering which I can only assume it’s all been microwaved or just warmed back up again the toilets are in the next building so you’d have to plan to go to the toilet. I paid £230 for 7 of us and felt robbed about the food and service I received.
I would never go back there , I would never recommend this place or any Frankie and bennys to any one please don’t waste to hard earned money on this place. Your better off going to McDonald’s for better service better food and value for money
When I complained they said that they was sorry that this had happened to us and gave me a £15 gift voucher to use in one of their restaurants which I’m never going to use

Absolutely bland food no taste this was in the Newcastle upon Tyne Restaurant the waitress was young but rather rude muttering about my complaint I certainly will never go back but I did my meal for free for complaining

Great burgers very well cooked and hot , far better than mcd's . Chips way better too : delivered by just eat . Excellent

We waited 1 hour and the food didn’t arrive. In the end we paid for drinks and left. Disgusting service. First time at Frank and Benny’s as well. Never again!!!

Shocking!!!! We Had to wait in the cold door way to be told that I had to wait 20 min to find out wether there woukd be a table available for 2 people.
There were plenty of tables available as the place was near enough empty .
The host was almost aggressive and seemed to be racist I asked if he was turning us away and his response was i dont know you can wait at the bar if you like .
Never ever going to this establishment again went to tgi fridays and had a proper evening instead ( leicester highcross)

It could improve 100% ,began vegan milkshake had to be replaced as rubbish, waited forever for drinks then food, cold chips, spaghetti Bolognese which was missing 95 % of meat, rubbish chicken burger, processed meat, and the music so loud couldn't even hold a conversation, will never ever return !

Well!!! Tonight I had my first ever meal at Frankie and Benny's as a coeliac with lactose Intolerance.

And my LAST. By gum, what sh*te. Even their online allergen checker was sh*te as it was unable to tell me whether the sauce the pasta came with, or just the optional parmesan-like cheese sprinkling contained the milk (thus ruling out the entire dish).

But then to face that food I could choose... Ah, the food; the only pizza I could choose! Well. Take a sheet of cardboard (a thin square served on a too small round plate, lol), and soak it in drain water, then dry it out in the oven before smearing with a couple of spoonfuls of tinned tomato sauce with several dollops of some tasteless white paste splashed upon it (imaginatively called vegan mozzarella)... And you have their vegan GF Margarita pizza.

Pretty foul. Trusting it wouldn't kill me (just my taste buds), I ate enough to stop myself having a hypo, but guess where I won't be eating again? 🤣

On a Friday night half empty! Had to Leave my coat on too cold to enjoy. Food OK staff a bit miserable. Will not be going back.

I would like to thank all the staff in the Tamworth branch but special thanks to our server who I think was called Claire ( was the name on the receipt) I recognised her as our kids go to same school!
She went above & beyond to make sure my daughter had a lovely birthday meal with her friend … even separating out all the ice creams so they didn’t touch ( 7 year old girls are fussy customers lol)

Visited Denton frankies food was outstanding 👌 Charlotte was so helpful and friendly always checking if everything was OK the management made our birthday 🎂 meal so special see you again very soon

Went for breakfast at Hampton Hargate Branch this morning. A weekly treat for me and bestie.
Mo is an amazing host, greets with a smile and always remembers what we want to order.
Chris in the kitchen makes the food amazing and goes that extra mile, food is hot and comes out fast.

We went to F&B on the Festival Park site, Stoke-on-Trent, and after waiting rather too long at the desk, were shown to our table by a not particularly friendly member of staff. Ordered a couple of 'set meal' options. The pizza for the 'bigger child' (whose birthday it was!) was pretty awful when it arrived - a few square pieces on the plate, pretty sub-standard. She laughed in disgust when it arrived. The other food was uninspiring for the price. The staff brought us the bill before bringing out the dessert (which I had to ask for... "Yeah, I'll check on the sweets." (Check on them? Just fetch them!) We felt rather like we were inconveniencing them by our presence. Few smiles and what seemed like a lack of training and over-eagerness to get the money mean that I will hesitate before visiting again. What made me laugh was that there was a sign inside the loo door that read "Want to do it all again? Book now." I don't think so.
