Loved how fast shipping was. Also, really enjoyed receiving a sample of the parfum I ordered. They do this to warrant you from opening the full parfum packaging if you don't like the sample. Don't think I've seen that done elsewhere.

I acknowledge and am grateful for your response. I accept that you were experiencing technical issues and am willing to retract my initial negative review completely. In the absence of any means of direct contact I felt it was my only re course .
I have now paid the import tax which although undisclosed at point of purchase and which I d wrongly assumed would be absorbed by the £70 shipping costs, with no apparent means of communicating effectively, I decided this would be the most pragmatic course of action.
I have now received my items and they were both packaged and presented beautifully.
