Great way to try a perfume, particularly an expensive one, before you commit to the larger more expensive bottle. You might love a scent only to find that it doesn’t work with your body chemistry. I fell in love with a Guerlain scent in Paris that is hard to find at a U.S. counter. I was able to track it down and spend $60 to find out if it works for me in every day life. I love it but not $300+ of love!

Thiefs no tracking number no response back
I sent them $189.00 for theee bottles of perfume three weeks ago. I never got any tracking number. I have emailed them everyday for the past two weeks . No response back. The customer service number they have listed on the website sends you to a message in Spanish no answer. There is no way to get anyone to answer you back. They are just stealing your money and ignoring your calls please don’t waste your money with these people because they don’t plan on doing good business. They just want to steel as much money as they can before they get shut down. $189.00 was a lot to be taken for. I hope this doesn’t happen to you. I thought they were another company I had purchased from before because their website looks a lot like the other company’s who is a legitimate business. I filed a fraudulent claim with my bank and they said it can take up to 145 days. Hopefully it won’t take that long. These people who put up this fake website are just out to steel your money.
I hate anyone that thinks it’s okay to set up a fake website and steel money.

Please email us directly at info@perfumesandrea.com with your order number and the last email you sent us — I'll personally track it down today and confirm either a shipment or a full refund within 24 hours. If email doesn't work, call or text us at +1 (954) 870-5996 and ask for the owner. We're a real team in Davie, FL and we want to fix this.
Item never received over two months…
Item never received over two months after order was placed. Perfumes Andrea charged me in full. The USPS tracking service indicates that they are "awaiting item" from seller. Perfumes Andrea has not responded to multiple emails and voicemails left. This is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I am in the process of reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the Florida Attorney's Office, and the Florida Dept. of Agriculture & Consumer Services.

Bad product
Ordered a Marley fragrance product, that I currently have in a travel size. What I was sold is not the same product. Smells bad. Straight into the trash. I guess thats the risk you take from discounters. I have had luck here in the past but it sucks having to eat the cost of an unusable product. Just know your rolling the dice on a purchase here - it's great until it isn't.

Its iffy!
I have received 2 perfumes from this company with no problem. The 3rd perfume I ordered never made it to me. I tried to contact the company several times and the company never got back to me.
Buyer beware. If you get your package, yay! But if not, you'll have to reach out to your credit card company to get the payment stopped.
It's iffy.

If you email info@perfumesandrea.com with your order number, I will personally reply within 24 hours with either a tracking update or a full refund — no runaround. We have a real warehouse in Davie, FL and a real team, and a review like yours means something is broken in our support flow. Please give us one chance to make it right.
