FoxDropStore: Criminals?… Thieves?….
UPDATE AT THE END:
I ordered a set of 4 commander decks from the Final Fantasy/ Magic The Gathering set as a prerelease in March 2025. The set came out June 06. It’s now June 28. Other than the order confirmation and $1000 missing from my bank account, there has been no acknowledgement that i will ever receive the products I ordered. I’ve sent 10 emails, both in english and italian, to the email provided on their website as well as through the app “Shop” where they have a virtual store. I translated their return policy from italian to find a whatsapp number to message, so I messaged that number in both italian and english, i sent messages in Italian and english to their instagram page, i lodged a complaint with Shopify.com, which owns the “Shop” app and the platform for the virtual store. I have asked for, using all these methods, for any acknowledgement whatsoever that they intend to fill my order; tracking number, any response, even a hello… So far, after trying every day for over 10 days, not one single attempt has been made to return any of my messages or requests. Is this company scammers? Are they thieves? You tell me what more I can do and I’ll do it. I feel cheated and disrespected currently, and am also just plain mad that I can’t get these decks now. Super unhappy. Not impressed. To me, it seems these guys are criminals….
UPDATE: After harassing this company on multiple different platforms in multiple languages, They finally agreed to ship me the products. They blamed their supplier, except they did not attempt to contact me in any way after the initial order despite it being extremely late, and only after many many attempts to contact them (not to mention this review…) Long story short, i will still NEVER order from them again. I have yet to receive the package, though i have received tracking info from Italy Post. I will update my update when the package arrives…

Foxdropstore is lying again
You guys are just lying now we exchanged more than 16 messages and i had to issue another order and waited for more than 3 weeks to get my missing 2 boxes and had to pay once again for shipping. First you acknowledged that the boxes were missing after i sent the unpacking video then you bactracked and said there is no proof off boxes missing but you gonna send them if i issue another order and pay for shipping again. I literally have more than a dozen messages to prove it. You people by Foxdropstore are a joke.

Ho ordinato due mesi fa insieme a degli amici, il pacco oltre a non essere arrivato il giorno previsto per la consegna, ho dovuto fare reclamo tramite PayPal, dopodiché ho ricevuto il track. Pessimo venditore, quando il prodotto è arrivato sotto pressioni, era pure danneggiato e non imballato, il prodotto era stato pagato 50€ in più del giorno di uscita e l’altro prodotto 40 in più. Il primo prodotto è arrivato completamente aperto e danneggiato. Il proprietario vorrebbe risarcirmi di miseri dieci euro con cui probabilmente manco mi ripago la spedizione. Poco serio e sconsiglio a tutti

Siamo dispiaciuti che la sua esperienza non sia stata soddisfacente, anche se riteniamo opportuno chiarire alcuni punti importanti.
I prodotti acquistati sono stati venduti al prezzo di mercato, come verificabile al momento dell’ordine.
Non vi è stato alcun sovrapprezzo di 50€ o 40€, come da lei affermato.
Dopo la sua segnalazione riguardo presunti danni, abbiamo prontamente richiesto foto o video per verificare la veridicità del problema e poter intervenire in modo corretto.
Tuttavia, non ci è stato fornito alcun materiale utile a dimostrare danni significativi.
Nonostante ciò, abbiamo proposto in buona fede un rimborso simbolico di 10€ per eventuali piccoli difetti estetici dovuti al trasporto. In alternativa, avevamo anche offerto il reso completo del prodotto con rimborso totale, a nostre spese.
A questo punto, ci è stato da lei comunicato che se non avessimo emesso un rimborso arbitrario di 100€, ci sarebbe stata lasciata una recensione negativa.
Consideriamo tale atteggiamento inappropriato e contrario a ogni forma di confronto corretto tra venditore e cliente.
Rimaniamo comunque disponibili al dialogo,
ma non possiamo accettare pressioni o richieste sproporzionate.
Il nostro obiettivo resta quello di offrire un servizio trasparente e rispettoso
