Pacha / Fourvenues: the best customer service
Honestly, I don't write many reviews, almost none. But this time I make an exception. I bought a ticket for a party in Pacha Ibiza, but I made a mistake. A friend told me that I should contact them and ask for help. At first I thought it wouldn't work, but completely unexpected I was helped not only very fast but also in a very polite and generous way. So thanks a lot and many thumbs up for Pacha and Fourvenues. Your custmer service rocks!

Amazing customer service
Amazing customer service, I needed to make some changes to my tickets to Pacha and the team replied to my email immediately even though I was emailing late at night and first thing in the morning. The gave me my refund immediately.

Upgrading a regular ticket to VIP balcony
I contacted four venues to refund a ticket i had so that i could purchase a vip balcony ticket instead. They clearly instructed me on how to do so and i was refunded the first ticket and purchased the VIP balcony ticket and all was revolved within a few hours. Very helpful and efficient.

Excellent and Prompt Customer Service!
I had an issue with a couple of missing e-tickets for The Session Soul Fest event less than 30 hours away.
I emailed Four Venues customer support at 3:00 AM when I noticed not all tickets had arrived.
To my surprise, they acknowledged my email within the hour, and by 9:52 AM all of my tickets were delivered to my inbox.
The response time was outstanding, and the support team quickly resolved the issue, giving me peace of mind well before the event. Customer service was absolutely on point — THANK YOU!

Quick and efficient

Second time at Pacha and loved it more!
Pacha was really fun, we went for Flower Power and loved the concept of mixing classics with EDM. The club itself is really cool with its wide layout and unique acrobatic acts! It was organised , no long queues and we pre-bought drinks with our tickets which worked nicely! The organisers were kind enough to refund our ticket when we had an unfortunate flight cancellation and had to rebook. One constructive feedback is for the on-site team to be “friendlier” and maybe cater to varying interests for example the bouncers were quite tough and we asked for a special table for our friends birthday but the club couldn’t offer anything more - I get it’s not common for a first class club to offer this but maybe one for the future as pacha is attracting such a wide variety of guests nowadays from all parts of the world and has more potential to widen its entertainment scope! Overall, had a blast though , it was our second time and definitely won’t be our last! 🎉💖 thanks Pacha team for an unforgettable night!
